We have used Mid-Westchester Sewer/Drain over the course of two decades+ that we've lived here in Mt. Kisco. Vinny is a seasoned professional who "really knows his stuff" as to how to fix whatever the sewer backup situation calls for. He has helped us out countless times over the years (and his father before him when we first moved in back in 1996). Vinny is very knowledgeable and always tells it straight as to what needs to be done. He has always attended to our drain problems a timely fashion, he shows up when he says he will and then gets right to work to solve the problem. He also has the most modern equipment and has the knowledge, experience and know-how to use it. Additionally Vinny is also a very pleasant fellow and is a pleasure to deal with, he's a real gentleman. Reliable, responsible, timely, effective and reasonable are the words to describe Vinny and his company. I give them my highest recommendation.

First time to write review. Hired couple plumbers, Vinny is the best can be trusted. Three points I really appreciate, no.1 is he answered your phone promptly and arrived exactly the time he promised, no.2 is he's trying his best to help you figure out problems and solve it, no.3 is he has very professional tools compared with other guys I hired. In all, he's the one you can trust so I recommend him.

Mr. Lumalcuri and his colleges were very friendly and helpful with taken care of what was needed in my home. they did took the yime to look at other issues that were not eveb realted to the original job.He provided great customer service.
