Called Tom yesterday about installing 2 air conditioners. Tom arrived the following day on time and installed 2 through the wall air conditioners. Tom was friendly and professional and did an excellent job.

Tom did a great job overall. He was prompt, professional and friendly. He paid attention to detail and made sure that the work was done well and met my expectations; he also completed it within the time that he promised. I was very happy with the work he did and would definitely hire him again.

Tom was very friendly, courteous, and worked quickly. He fixed my door frame, which I couldn't do myself and the price was fair and work looks great. I'll definitely use him again in the future.

Tom did a great job and I highly recommend him for your handyman needs. He is professional and courteous. It was very easy to schedule an appointment with him. He returned my call within a day. On the day of the appointment, he called to let me know he was running a few minutes late and arrived shortly after that. He installed a new light fixture and fixed a wonky kitchen cabinet which was a bit of a challenge. It was a very old cabinet and the parts needed are no longer sold. He was able to make some adjustments to get it just right. Thanks to Tom I have a drawer that opens and a well lit living room!

In my older apartment ceiling and walls, paint and plaster were failing, damaged, and needed repair. I contacted Tom through Angie's list and he responded in less than a day. He was able to make an appointment for the week following when I contacted him. I booked various days off and on according to the days that were best for me. Tom was always nice and polite and really easy to work with. I really felt like he knew what he was doing. Parts of the repair on the baseboard moulding ended up being complicated because of the condition of surrounding wall, so I was not sure how the final work would be, but he made it way better than what I expected, it looks perfect. Overall he is really good at what he does, but now that I have used him for a few days mostly I am impressed with how great he is to work with. When I first read his business description here on Angie's list I wondered why he was mentioning "Excellent Communication Skills", it didn't seem like the top priority for a handyman, but I guess it really is. If you are nervous about hiring big gorilla worker guys that are rude and pushy and don't listen to what you say, well that's not him. He gets what you are saying and is always as accommodating. Work = A. Process = A+.

He showed up as scheduled during one of the big snow storms. I had assumed he was not going to show and I wasn't home. He was very understanding and we rescheduled. He is always prompt, does a great job and I continue to use his services for various household jobs. I am extemely glad that I found a competent, reliable carpenter and I highly recommend him

My experience was excellent. He came on time. He even took off his shoes, I didn't ask him to do it. He came in and hung the shade in a very short time. It worked out very well.
