+ -1 moreAfter confirming that our dishwasher's motor required repair, we took Gem's offer to provide a replacement. That's because these guys do appliance repair very well, are fairly priced, on time, good bedside manner, and we hoped that their appliance sales and installation would be just as good. Unfortunately, it is not their strength. We couldn't seem to get Gem to understand what we wanted, even after giving a precise model number. We had to chase after Gem to commit to an installation date, which Gem then rescheduled. I had hoped for a better price on the unit then one I got, based on assurances when we first had the old dishwasher's problem diagnosed. So all in all, I'd use them again to fix something but wouldn't buy anything new from them again.
Description of Work: Purchase and install new dishwasher. Remove and carry away old dishwasher.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE FAIR AND COMPETITIVE PRICES. THEY ARE ALSO A LOCAL COMPANY. IT WAS A REPAIR SO THEY CAME ON A TIMELY BASIS. THEY CAME WHEN WE NEEDED THEM TO COME.
