Description of Work: Tom removed old countertops, put up a new backsplash, 4 new doors, repaired some trim, and coordinated with Jim at White Plains Marble for installation of granite. He then connected new sink.

Description of Work: I used Project Masters for handyman service. He repaired some porch door lock, and did hang a curtain rod for me.

Description of Work: Tom Hay did a variety of small and slightly larger jobs in my co-op apartment, including some priming and painting of exterior terrace door, small indoor painting job, under-cabinet lighting, etc. Everything was done to the highest standards. He was completely easy to work with, providing good advice, good suggestions, etc. His estimate included minimum and maximum prices, and the final bill was close to the minimum. I would definitely use him again and can't imagine providing a stronger recommendation to anyone.

Description of Work: He rebuilt the wall and railing around our deck.

Description of Work: Tom did many things both inside and outside the house that had been bugging us for a long time (up to a couple of years). On the inside, he replaced a non-functioning overhead light with a new one and fixed the blinds on a window, fixed a hinge on an armoire door that had come detached, put new wheels on my shower sliding door so they slid like new, fixed the door leading from the outside into my mudroom so it opened with ease instead of sticking, put new wheels on my sliding screen doors, fixed a door handle that used to come off when you turned it. On the outside, he replaced the trim around a palladium window that had been completely destroyed by my original contractor and painted so it was 100% improved, he put new footings on some posts on my patio (and painted them as well), put in a cement footi

Description of Work: Tom fixed a railing, repaired a rocking toilet, installed a deadbolt, shaved 2 doors that stuck, installed a doorknob, caulked my bathtub, replaced some grout on my kitchen floor and installed a panel on my kitchen cabinet.

Description of Work: Tom Hay is a consumate professional, prompt, courteous and capable. The biggest challenge working with Tom is that he is in demand, so until he duplicates himself successfully, you will need to plan ahead to get on his calendar. Tom Hay was wonderful to work with on a variety of matters around my house that needed attention. I recommend Tom without hesitation (just leave some time on his calendar for my next set of items to be fixed.)

Description of Work: Tom May hung difficult pieces-a huge clock, antique tapestries, large mirrors, and also did some caulking, painting and grout in the master shower. He was the single most responsive, completely punctual, did a great job and had a wonderful sense of humor. He provided written estimates and communicated regularly, I highly recommend.

Description of Work: Tom fixed a myriad of small and large issues around my house. He was here for an entire and went through my entire "to do" list -- from small things like removing a light bulb stuck in a chandelier to patching a ceiling that had a leak and everything in between. He was extremely neat, clean and conscientious.

Description of Work: He put weather stripping on my back door. He fixed and replaced those connected from the dryer to the vent. He did some caulking in my master bath and one of the kids bathrooms. He installed some shelves in the master shower. He had to drill into the tile. He put in a door saddle for me. He also caulked the ceiling in my master bath.

Description of Work: Fixed broken window blinds. Removed a heavy projector screen from the walls.

Description of Work: I've had them do several different jobs. They have done insulation, hung storm doors, some minor construction and a few other jobs.
