He was pretty much in and out. I called them up and told them what I was looking for and I said I was right down the street and he said no problem. He came over right after I got home from work and 1.2.3 and he was done.
Description of Work: They put in the deadbolt lock.

The owner of the business made the service call. He explained the new lock options. He showed me why the lock in the door stopped working & explained all of the steps he was taking as he installed the new lock. He was prompt, professional, & pleasant.
