If you get the right team, these guys are amazing; if you get the wrong team, they are disappointingly bad and frustrating. Wrong team came the first time to snake out shower drain as well as to look at the shower diverter. The shower drain was done in about 10 minutes, after which they spent something like 2 hours, removing the shower diverter taking it down to a local plumbing supply house and returning with no really useful information. When we got the bill we told them that we would not pay for the time their "bad" team spent on their "field trip" and told them that if they didn't have someone who could do the job we would find a different plumber. In the meantime, my wife did the research, located and purchased the shower diverter part. They sent a different team - Peter and Driton(?) - and the result was totally satisfying. First of all, the guys they sent were just different - we were dealing with professionals instead of Frick and Frack. They explained what they had to do and then proceeded to replace the shower diverter in very short order. Then they turned to the garbage disposal - which had been a problem for many months and had resisted attempts of others, including Frick and Frack, to fix the problem. Peter knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Although it took them somewhat longer to fix then the shower diverter, fix it they did and it continues to work.

He came out and flushed my lines, due to brown water. I also had a leak and he found it and thankfully didn't have to cut open my ceiling. It was the caulking around the tub and the shower door, I told him I would fix the caulking. He did come out 2 different times one for each issue.

I'VE HAD HIM FOR 23 YEARS. I NEVER HAVE HAD ANOTHER PLUMBER FOR THE PAST 23 YEARS, SO HE HAS TO BE GOOD, RIGHT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY TO EVERYONE THAT HAS EVER ASKED ME.
