Juliano and crew are highly professional, courteous, efficient, clean and do super quality work. The work was competed in two days and is perfect. They went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied with everything and did unanticipated repairs without any extra charges. I couldn't be more pleased. I will use this team again.

Everything went extremely well....we brought several painters in for estimates and from the time I met Juliano, I was hoping we would get to work with one another on the house. His prices are very competitive, the work done was perfect and he was ALWAYS responsive throughout the entire project - whether by mail or phone. If on the rare occassion i wasnt able to get in touch with him directly by phone, i had a response back to a sent email or call back from a left voice message within 15 minutes each and every time. My wife and I ran into a few planning hicupps (with other contractors) along the way that called for us to push back some of the planned painting a day or two. Juliano was understanding, accomodating and most importantly, as sincere as they come when working with us to make sure the timelines we ended up having to work towards were met. My wife also kept adding little bits and pieces to the work we were having done - again, no issues and each addition/change was met with the coolest, calmest of demeanors always! Do yourself a favor and take it from someone who researches everything when it comes to hiring anyone and purchasing anything - save yourself the time and give Juliano/Horizon a call. I know I will for any future work we need

I can't say enough about Horizon Painting, Juliano and his crew did a huge amount of work in a short amount of time. My wife and I purchased a home in late June and due to unexpected closing costs had a much smaller budget for painting than we originally thought. We needed 3 large rooms, 4 bedrooms, entry way, stairwell and upstairs hallway painted and wanted to get it done before we moved in. We had the job estimated by another company but to do all the work (prepping the walls, trim, ceilings, etc...) it was going to be multi-thousands of dollars. I decided that I would try to do all the work myself but once i started I realized there was no way I was going to complete all that work before we moved in. Horizon Painting to the rescue! I found Horizon's Angie's List deal for 3 painters for a day. Once Juliano saw the amount of work he suggested 5 workers and said he would add the 2 workers for the same deal rate per worker as the original deal. It was total worth having the extra two workers. I did all the wall prep (filled in holes, sanded) and painted all the trim so Horizon Painting could just focus on the walls. They did all 7 rooms, the entry way, the stairwell (14 ft high at some points) and the upstairs hall, even the hallway trim, all in the 8 hours, two coats of paint on everything. It was by far the best money I have spent in updating our new home. I highly recommend Horizon Painting for any of your painting needs.

Horizon did a great job of painting two large rooms as well as two sets of double french doors. They even returned on a separate day to complete the french doors and remove any extraneous paint from the glass. The entire team was courteous and professional and the attention to detail was superb. Great job!

I have used Juliano before on my home but now I had to do some work on my parents home and as usual he and his men did not disappoint. On time, courteous, willing to work with you, great communication, again, as usual. I have Juliano and Horizon Painting on speed dial. They are my go to guys.

Juliano and his crew were fantastic. We received quotes from three different companies and not only were they the best price but they also understood our vision. We have a mid-centurty modern house in lower Westchester which is relatively unusual among all of the colonials and tudors. We needed to transform a drab brown box to its original glory of a mid-centurty gem. The house was built by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. Juliano was extremely patient with us as we determined colors. We had to put a stop on the project in the beginning because the color was not right and he worked with us while we picked new colors for the exterior and the trim. The crew was friendly, professional, very clean, and extremely precise. There was not an ounce of paint on the ground, window, etc. It was perfect. I would recommend Juliano for exterior and we will definitely contact him whenever we have to paint our interior.

I'm pretty demanding of contractors in general, and Juliano handled it all with grace and professionalism. The painter has to cover up all of the imperfections left by the other trades (or fix the messes made by poor DIY craftsmanship by me!), and Juliano and team made our new place feel like home. More importantly, any mis-communications we had were fixed properly, on time and within quoted budget. Very helpful in the selection phase, and was willing to engage at every turn to help me understand the pros and cons of the options at hand, so that I could make informed decisions. I would strongly encourage you to call and schedule an appointment if you are looking for a painter. You'd be hard pressed to find someone better.

juliwno and his team did an amazing job at my home. From the moment I met Juliano, I was extremely impressed by how sincere, nice and professional he was. He provided me with a detailed quote right away and was fair on pricing. I met another couple of painters but felt more comfortable with Juliano as I knew I could trust him. His team was extremely efficient and friendly and extremely neat. They even built custom shelves for me in my living room and painted them? I can't say enough about the quality of their work and my experience!

From the first time I contacted Juliano at Horizon Painting, I was impressed with the service provided. He responded right away to my email requesting a quote, made a prompt appointment to come see the work I needed done, and provided a quote by the next day. He was very responsive and professional. He and his crew arrived on schedule and did a fantastic job. The crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I changed the quote to include more items and Juliano was very accommodating. He went above and beyond! Juliano and Silva are two of the nicest people you could meet and as a bonus they are great craftsmen. They take pride in their work and do an excellent job making sure you are completely satisfied from start to finish. This is the third time I've had the pleasure of writing a review for Horizon and cannot say enough good things about them without sounding like a relative. In any case if you use them for paint or carpentry work you won't be disappointed. Good job guys !!!

Juliano and his team did a very good job. Our walls look great! We totally trusted Juliano and his team to do the job without us monitoring how things were done. We recommend this company to anyone looking for professional painting services.

We were very happy with the job that was done. Juliano was prompt to respond to my request for a quote and once we decided to go with this company, he got the job done quickly. They did the shingle repair/scraping on a Friday, and then when there was a lot of rain predicted for Monday, he asked if we would mind if he finished up the job on Sunday, before the rain, so the house didn't get damaged by being unprotected in all that moisture. I thought it was really nice that he cared about the work so much that he would come on a Sunday to finish. The house looks great now. We plan on having the interior of the house painted in the next couple years, and we will definitely use Horizon again.

This was the second time that we used Horizon, and will definitely use them again in the future. Juliano was, as in our previous experience, professional, punctual and prepared. He and his team completed all painting preparations, painted and installed the new shoe molding in two days, and because we did not have all of the hardware for the drapery yet, agreed to come back when we received delivery. All of the rooms look fantastic, and we are very happy to have found a reputable, fairly priced company and we very much look forward to working with Juliano and the Horizon Painting team again on our future painting projects.

We?d hired Juliano and Horizon Painting previously to paint the entire interior of our house and were delighted with the work he?d done. It was without hesitation that we asked him to return to perform a two part job. Firstly, to bring one of the rooms in our house up to date by removing the aged and damaged wooden paneling; and secondly to paint a houseful of newly installed doors as well as the new casing around all the doors and windows. Starting with the wood paneled room, Juliano and his team removed the wood paneling which had been painted over several times and was damaged in places and looked very dated. The insulation in the exterior walls was replaced with a better R value and the new drywall and moldings were finished beautifully and painted. It looks like a completely different room. All the debris was removed and the place was left spotless. The second job was to paint newly installed doors and casing throughout the entire house in addition to repainting the doors that remained (25 doors or so in total) so all the millwork in the house matched. In addition, all the window casing and window frames themselves were painted ? a big job considering there were probably 20 or so windows of varying sizes! Juliano was able to partner well with the contractor who was installing the doors and casing so that we were able to have the work done together which was a big help to us. As with our previous experience, everything was done to the highest standard. Juliano is punctual, meticulous in his work and easy to communicate with. His primary concern is that the customer is happy with the outcome. The previously paneled room is now in harmony with the rest of the house and the trim throughout the house is a consistent brilliant white; the new doors in particular look fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Juliano and Horizon Painting to anyone!

Juliano was terrific. He responded immediately to our request for an estimate, gave a fair price, and executed the work on time and on budget. He carefully coordinated all of the details and followed up promptly when we raised one "punch list" item at the end of the job. And the quality of all the work was top drawer. No complaints at all!

The crew expertly prepared and painted 2 bathrooms and kitchen, eliminated water damage in the dining room and front hall, replaced floor molding on the first and second floor, touched up many areas on first and second floor. We could not be happier with the results. The crew was top shelf for so many reasons and it all starts with Juliano, the owner. He's a joy to interact and work with. We are thrilled that he and his crew transformed our house. We envision having Horizon Painting at our house for many more future projects.

Juliano and his crew are top notch! From the first call to get a quote until the work was done everything went really well. We got a quote to fix several drywall cracks (including painting). Juliano is very professional and knowledgeable. Final result was great and they went one step further and fixed some minor cracks/paint peeling without charging any extras. I am so pleased that I will have them power wash and stain my deck and paint deck railings once weather permits.

The best. Couldn't ask for more: capable, punctual, put in extra time & services as needed for no extra cost, cleaned up very well, personable, courteous, stayed on the job all day. If he could match this wallpaper pattern, he can do any wallpaper. He's scheduled for his 3rd project with me. I wouldn't even consider using anybody else. Reasonable prices.

They were quick to come and give us an estimate, the price was reasonable, they did the work in the time frame that they said they would, they cleaned things up well at the end of each work day, and the finished product was excellent. When we were talking closing and move in dates I started reaching out to painters. In the end, I 'accidentally' had a few people come by the apt at the same time. Juliano was both memorable on the phone in setting up the appointment and pleasant in person. He seemed fair and honest, and then he was, so we made the right choice going with him! Not only was it the most reasonable quote (of 4) but everyone I spoke to after said it was a good price. In preparing, we spoke about colors and setting up dates/times. He was always prompt and willing to discuss or help with everything. Fast forward to the job day. Juliano was perfectly communicative, on time and clean. His staff seemed nice and most importantly they all DID A GREAT JOB! A week later: during the move in process, there was an issue and short story - now my newly painted wall needed repairs and repainting. Juliano offered to come back and fix it at his earliest convenience. I plan to use the company again to paint other parts of the apt and am thrilled to have found a steady reliable painter at a good price. I hope this review helps someone else find/use Juliano in the future.

Everything went very well. I emailed Juliano on Wednesday; he came to look over the project on Friday, and he had an open spot on Tuesday. All of the work was completed in one day and they also touched up a few settling cracks in the room on the first floor. The patches are seamless and he painted just what was necessary to match. e.g. one side of the basement wall had to be completely coated, but the other side was restricted to one panel. In the main room, he painted one wall, but was able to patch the crack and blend in the repair beautifully. Like last time, they left the place spotless and the price was very fair. While at the house, they also gave me some ideas for the next project which will entail adding a vent to the kitchen. Also, I was having some trouble with a gutter leaking and they set up a ladder so I could take a look and in the process wipe off some dirt on a bay window from the outside. If you count up the repairs and little side projects that were finished off today, you can see what a good value the price was. I absolutely encourage others to use Horizon. Their work is excellent.
