+ -1 moreDan was punctual, professional and very willing to give of his time to provide us with a FREE estimate to install a radiator in our bathroom. After evaluating the job, he suggested another way to provide heat in the bathroom, which would cost much less. Doing, this, however, would not provide him with work. We told him that we would think about his suggestion. After spending a 1/2 hour with us, he did not charge us for his time, even though he knew that his suggestion would save us a lot of money but not provide him with work.. We will definitely be hiring him in the later spring/summer to install a new toilet in our bathroom and a new faucet in our kitchen. Dan is unusual. He is easy-going and honest. Unusual qualities, indeed, in today's greedy world. Very happy to have found him!

Description of Work: He diagnosed the problem but it was outside his area, suggested source then 'stepped away". Would not take payment for his time. This was the second time I called him - the first time he made repairs needed to my satisfaction.
