+ -1 moreOverall it was great experience. The technician was skilled, confident, and patiently explained how everything works, and also took the time to answer all my questions. I can't think of way it could have been better.
Description of Work: Geeks on Wheels set up my wireless network. I had purchased a wireless router at the store, and was completely lost trying to figure the thing out. I called Geeks on Wheels and got a technician to to my house the following day. He set the whole thing up without a flinch. He was knowledgeable and professional and patient with my questions.

+ -1 moreI put off calling for help because I was nervous about what it might cost. Compared to other computer support ads I've seen, their service was a bargain. They were also extremely helpful over the phone, explaining to me in detail what went wrong and how they fixed it.
Description of Work: My laptop was under siege from some kind of virus; it took forever to start up each day. I called Geeks on Wheels and they had someone come to my apartment and pick up my computer. Two days later they returned it, good as new, probably a little faster than new actually.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME IN AND PICKED UP THE COMPUTER FROM THE HOUSE. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AND HAD IT BACK IN A DAY. FOR WHAT THEY DID AND HOW QUICKLY THE JOB WAS PERFORMED, THE PRICE COULD'VE BEEN CHEAPER.
Description of Work: THEY REPROGRAMMED A COMPUTER. THEY PUT FIREWALLS AND ANTI-VIRUSES ON IT. IT WAS A WHOLE UPGRADE.
