Description of Work: Yes, they were very professional and also went out of their way to be helpful. We were expecting a Nor'easter storm right after Hurricane Sandy, and I was concerned about getting the leaves out of the gutters before it snowed. Luckily, they agreed to move up our scheduled service date by two days, which saved me from having 7 inches of snow in leave-filled gutters! I thoroughly appreciate the personal effort made to help me out in this situation and would definitely use them again fur future gutter cleaning.

Description of Work: I contacted Eclipse Cleaning & Upholstery for rug steam cleaning for my home in late April. The owner, who is the man who answers the phone and completes the work offered me an appointment a week later. He did offer me immediate service if it is an emergency, but it was not. I new what to expect from the owner of Eclipse, as he worked for another company who I used in the past, however having the benefit of a new equipment, the job that Eddie Barbosa performed in my home was more than exceptional, as a matter of fact, it was truly extradorinary. This is a new company and is owned by a man who is honest, caring, great communication skills and wants to satisfy is customers, and without trying to convince you to do more than you anticipated. My recommendation as a home owner is that you need your rugs steamed cleaned, look no further. This is a company and owner with passion for his work with his single mission to satisfy his customers.
