The contractor and his team arrived on time, cleaned the sofa and the carpets to perfection. They looked nearly new after the serfvice

I called Eclipse Cleaning, and Eddie set a time to come to our home to clean our sofa and love seat. By the way, our sofa and love seat is approximately 18 years old, but extremely well constructed. However, the fabric is faded. Eddie did and EXCELLENT JOB of cleaning them. Of course we have to live with the faded fabric, but our sofa and love seat now look 100% better. To do the job, Eddie arrived in a timely manner. He is extremely well organized, and he approaches his work professionally and efficiently. He uses hi-tech equipment which helps to guarantee that your home is not damaged in any way and that the environment and the air quality is protected. Eddie is friendly, courteous, sensitive to the needs of his customers, and respectful of your home. At the end of the job, all furniture items were placed back in their original position, and the room was left neat and clean. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome of the cleaning, and we highly recommend Eclipse Cleaning. In fact we even set up a future date to have Eddie come back to steam clean the tiles in our kitchen. We will most definitely be using Eddie of Eclipse Cleaning for other projects in the future.

Eddie was on time and very professional. He and his helper were in and out in less than an hour. They protected the floor around the furniture they cleaned and put everything back in its place when they were done. My sofa and chair look as clean as they did when I purchased them eight years ago. I definitely would use this service again.

they were punctual, professional and careful of furniture and walls. they were courteous and careful of pets. they did not try to upsell me on other products they did their job and cleaned the carpets better than any other carpet cleaner i have had before. they were quick but got out stains that other cleaners had not I have used Stanley Steamer in the past and they do a below average job and spend most of their time trying to sell me additional ervices and products this company did an excellent job and never tried to sell me anything additionally. they were the best and i will have them again.

Eddie is the ultimate professional. His crew was in and out in about an hour and half. He talked with us about the quality of the carpets, suggested cleaning solutions and worked around other contractors. Once complete, the carpets smelled fantastic. Prior to the work Eddie guaranteed that the product was eco-friendly, which was important to us. Eddie also provided a very reasonable quote to power wash and stain our deck. We will certainly be scheduling that soon and would recommend his company to anyone.

Eddie is amazing. He arrived a couple of hours after we called him and got to work right away. He worked so quickly and professionally and did a fantastic job. He was communicative during the week that the carpets were drying, arrived promptly to finish the job and left the room perfectly organized. I would hire this company again in an instant for any service they provide. He was also dramatically lower cost than the service I employed the previous time this happened.

This is the second time we have hired Eddie. His work is first rate. He is a nice guy and very professional. Our gutters were heavily clogged and he took care of them in about an hour. I have no problem recommending him and he will be back next time.

When I called, Eddie took his time to explain his environmentally safe process step by step so there would be no doubt as to exactly what would take place when they arrived. It turned out that I was too late for the promotion I had seen, but Eddie offered an alternative deal that was quite satisfactory. He and his men arrived on time. In fact, they were a bit early and I was not ready, so they waited patiently outside until I could let them in. They did a fantastic job! We had some heavily trafficked areas that were pretty soiled and a few stains to boot, but the carpeting looked as good as new when they were done. In fact, my husband was talking about getting new carpeting, (it is 15 years old) but that idea went out the window when he saw Eddie's results. We also had two oriental runners that he cleaned in place beautifully. Our former guy always wanted to take them out to clean them. And along with his great work, Eddie is a most pleasant person. It is clear that his customers are his top priority. His men are equally as nice. So in summary, I highly recommend Eclipse Cleaning. We live in a co-op and we have also passed his card along to our neighbors, our super and the management. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

While I was not home when they cleaned the gutters, upon visual inspection, the gutters appeared to be cleaned. Eclipse was very responsive over the telephone whenever I had any questions. I believe they did a good job, but I suppose we will see for sure once it rains!

They did an exceptional job - the sofa is so bright and they did a very good job on the office chair. They are super professional & arrived early.

A small Christmas object got bumped to the floor and broke. Eddie was so upset and very apologetic, although I assured him that it wasn't a big deal. Eddie arrived a day later with a replacement that he had had to make himself. THAT is true customer service- a rare commodity these days.
