They missed their first appointment due to emergency but did their best to contact us. Appt was rescheduled, they arrived and did their work. No issues.

Work overall was excellent. Bought the Angie's List coupon and sent them an email. Quickly (few days) got an appointment about 10 days out. Overall it was painless, efficienct, and well informed. Have a high second floor which was not an issue.

Eddie responded a day or two after I checked his service on Angie's List. We settled on Oct. 1 and he arrived early (after calling to see if that was convenient). He parked his truck in the driveway and he and his assistant hauled in a large hose and a smaller one. They wore protective slippers and put plastic foam tabs and plastic paper beneath chair and table legs. They prepped every room before applying the cleaning fluid and immediately sucking up the dirty liquid (through a hose to their truck). I've probably missed a few steps, but in little more than an hour they had given us what looked like new rugs. They were very pleasant and adjusted their work to the needs of my invalid wife. I plan to use Eclipse regularly. It's a great outfit!

A wonderful job. The 2 gentlemen wasted no time, but were fully prepared and began working immediately. the rug looked beautiful, like new when they were finished. Not only were they top professional at their job, but they were gentlemen of integrity. They found money behind the dresser when they moved it to clean under and behind it. Instead of keeping the money, which they could have done, they left it on the dresser. I would happily recommend them.

Eddie and his helper are great. Very professional. They moved six clothing cabinets and other furniture out of the wet area. Pulled excess water out of carpet. Cut the carpet at the seam. Removed and disposed of wet padding. Applied micro ban mildew killer. And left blowers for almost a week to ensure everything was dry. Came back to replace new padding (great job by the way!) and re-seamed the carpet AND replace the furniture where I asked them to. Eddie and helper are really good guys. This is our second time using Eclipse Cleaning.

they did the super job - they were on time, found the source of the problems - a baseball. and when I asked if there are any repairs that have to be done - they said - no, everything looks great. I feel that they are honest and don't overcharge.

When they were going to be late that day, they called first thing in the morning and notified me. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. Eddie was very polite and helpful. I was extremely happy with the service provided by Eclipse cleaning. I took advantage of an Angie's list Big Deal to have our gutters cleaned. They arrived on time and got right to work cleaning out a large accumulation of crap from the gutters. The workman were neat and tidy. I really appreciate that they hand cleaned the gutters and put the refuse in bags rather than blowing stuff all over the place. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We just purchased our first home (with a new roof) a few months ago. After a few months of heavy rain falls I started noticing rain water gushing over the side of the gutters onto our driveway when it rained. I set up a service call with Mr. Barbosa for the following week. He was extremely punctual and polite. He explained what he would do and then proceeded to work quickly and efficiently with his crew cleaning up after their work thoroughly. I was afraid that something was wrong with our gutters requiring repair since there aren't any trees by our home to cause too much debris in the gutters. It turns out that the company who replaced the roof prior to us purchasing our home did not clean up after themselves and left a large amount of old roof, nails and other debris on the roof and the gutters causing them to overflow with rain and not function properly. Luckily the gutters were not in any need of repair and all was good on my roof and gutters after he was done. He took care of the problem right away and with great efficiency. A very polite, honest and nice man to this newbie home buyer. I will definitely be calling his company again for yearly maintenance to my gutters. Thank you Mr. Barbosa!

The provider promptly responded to my inquiry on Angie's list after I purchased one of the big deals. We were able to schedule the work efficiently and the provider arrived as scheduled. The provider quickly finished my services and noted a maintenance issue he observed while on the roof that could not be seen from below. I appreciate the vendor's friendly attitude and efficient service. I will definitely be calling eclipse again next year when I need to have this service performed.

Over twenty years, our carpets have been cleaned 25 times, in a vain attempt to keep up with the three cats, a dog and three children. We've tried at least a half dozen service providers but none has come close to producing these results. Really unbelievable. We were going to put in hardwood floors throughout the first floor, but now .... ? Except for the spots where the most nefarious cat has clawed the carpet to shreds, it looks almost new. (The carpet is the highest quality one can buy, but we've abused it). Two men arrived precisely at the appointed hour and set up. Their process involves moving dirt from the carpet through a connecting tube out to their truck. Most service providers push the direct around and "even it out" so that the carpet looks clean. The workers provided extras, such as opening up closets to eliminate the contrast between carpet inside and outside. After an hour, they finished up, explained everything that they had done, and departed. We bet that they wished they had taken before and after pictures to use in their advertising.
