The service owner and an assistant arrived punctually and identified the areas to be cleaned in a sequence to eliminate any traffic across previously cleaned areas. Any items resting on the carpet were either moved out of the area or repositioned for cleaning any occluded regions. The areas were washed and any soil or particulate matter evacuated with rinse water out to a truck outside. After this step, the areas were treated with Scotchgard? and paper "tracks" were laid down to enable traffic while the carpets dried. Because the service actually removes soil instead of trying to simply spread it uniformly across the carpet surface, vacuuming ahead of time is not necessary. Chunks of debris are sucked out with the rinse water. This not only eliminates airborne debris particles but reduces the amount of time needed for cleaning. We would use Eclipse again. In fact, this review is based on two experiences with the service, roughly one year apart.

Eddie and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Our carpets were thoroughly cleaned and our furniture was well protected during the process. Eddie was professional, courteous, and friendly. We definitely would use him again.

I could not have been more pleased with the services provided by this company and I plan to use them again in the future. My gutters had not been cleaned in several years, and to make matters worse, they had these gutter guards on them, which did not work very well, and were difficult to remove. As a result of these ineffective gutter guards, my gutters were badly clogged with leaves and dirt (as well as some "plant life" and a wasp nest) and were in desperate need of cleaning. It was immediately clear to me that the gentlemen cleaning my gutters had a great deal of experience and knowledge. The truck was also outfitted with the right ladders for my 3 story home. They were very adapt at removing the gutter guards, and did an outstanding job at clearing and cleaning my gutters. However, as pleased as I was with the gutter cleaning services Eclipse offers, I was even more pleased with the rug cleaning services Eclipse provides. I have used several other local rug cleaning services over the years, but none compare to the job that Eddie of Eclipse did on my carpeting. Eddie did a superb job!!! I think a lot of it has to do with his equipment. I plan to call him in the near future to set up an appointment to have Eclipse clean the carpets in several other rooms in the house, and to power wash the exterior of my house. If you have any cleaning needs at your home, I would highly recommend that you seriously consider using Eclipse! (I hate to sound like an advertisement, but these guys were very easy to deal with and the work was performed in an exceptional manner at what I considered a very fair and reasonable price. What more can a homeowner ask for?)

Eddie, the owner, arrived on time and explained entire process. He was most pleasant & professional. He was efficient & worked quickly yet thoroughly. He was careful to protect the large pieces of furniture he could not move & move the rest of the furniture efficiently. He also had large corner guards to protect the corners of the room from the cleaning hose! Once he started, and the rugs were prepped, he put booties on, which impressed me. We are so happy with the cleaning of our carpeting. It looks like new again, which I didn't think was possible as it had been so long since we had had the carpeting cleaned. No one before has ever done such an excellent job. We highly recommend Eddie and Eclipse Carpet Cleaning.

I called Eddie with a quick turn around request to get 2 rooms of carpet cleaned prior to putting my place on the market. He was extremely helpful and was able to move appointments around to accommodate me. He communicated with me up until the time he arrived. He was courteous, quick and did a good job. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Eddie was prompt, professional and very thorough. The gutters were filled with debris - he did a great job cleaning them out and tested them to make sure water was freely flowing out and away from the house. He completely cleaned up all the debris and left behind only nice, clean gutters.

I had asked the provider to clear debris from skylights as well and he was unable to do it likely because the roof was slick that day. Can't blame him but the price was high (IMO) for what he had to do. Still very professional, courteous and prompt.

Fantastic work! Eddy is a pleasure to work with. Such a nice person and extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job cleaning our carpet and his prices were extremely reasonable. We needed him to come back because our dog had an accident and he was so accommodating. We will definitely have him come back to clean our carpets again. Highly recommend him!

I had Eclipse Cleaning at my house today, they are the best cleaning company I've ever used . It was a big spring cleaning day. They cleaned all the carpets and upholstery, everything came out spotless, the stains and the dirt are gone, everything looks very nice and soft. He was really good and prompt. He knew exactly what he was talking about. He took his time to ensure that it was clean. The carpet was fully cleaned. He also did some additional areas that we didn’t plan for at no extra charge. It’s the little area mats. They are very professional. We are actually going to use them again this year for another room.

We had a bit of deferred maintenance on our gutters and Eclipse Cleaning took care of everything for us! Eddie and team did an outstanding, thorough, and clean job with a lot of peaks and valleys to manage. He honored the price quoted and was on-time. Would use Eclipse again in a heartbeat!

They showed up on time and did a very thorough job on the gutters, which hadn't been cleaned in some time. The team of two took about 1 hour to complete the work, were very professional and courteous throughout and did not leave any refuse or mess behind. An overall great experience.

Eddie was most courteous and responive to my request. He arrived within two hours of my call and removed the bulk of the water from the carpet, and set up the blowers to dry out the area. The drying time allowed me to contact a plumber and carpenter to open the wall to repair a burst pipe, then restore the opened wall. So quickly was the matter resolved that he was finishing the job as the insurance adjuster arrived. I could not have been more pleased with his work and promptness.

They were excellent, prompt, attentive and did more than I asked! I would definitely use them again.

Our basement had a minor "flood" of snow runoff water through a bilco door and Eddie was able to come up within a few hours of our first call to help us remediate the problem so we could save the carpet without worry of mold/mildew growth. Very prompt, courteous and thorough. We did not shop around much at all, but price seemed fair. Would certainly use again.

During busy fall season, set and date and did the work quickly. Was so good I had to check the gutters to know it was done, no mess at all on the ground.
