Eclipse Cleaning

I wasn't here to see them install but I did think they did an okay job. They came on the day they said they would come.

I can't say enough good things about Eddie and his service. He is polite, professional, and highly competent - a real pleasure to work with. To top it off, weeks after his initial job he came back to help me identify and then fix a small problem I couldn't have reached on my own. I will call Eddie again and recommend his business without reservation

Had Eclipse Cleaners here today to clean the gutters, not only did they clean all of my clogged gutters and the trees growing out of them, they cleaned all the debris off the roof too! Fantastic job, punctual (actually got here early), professional, and polite! GREAT company and employees! I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Eddie is great. Showed up right on time. He walked the house with me so he knew where the gutters were and how to best access them. He and his worker were done in an hour and all was great Eddie is very professional and a nice guy and I would use him again. Highly recommended.

Eclipse cleaning came out a second time and my wife was happy with the results.

Great! The owner did the estimate himself because of wood siding--he explained that aluminum or other siding can be done much more quickly with higher pressure than wood as wood will be pitted by the strong spray if care isn't taken. He gave a very reasonable price compared to another estimate I got and he made time to do it quickly as we are preparing the house for sale. He brought several assistants and all worked carefully for many hours over two days. I asked that they cover my flowers, which they did. They moved things off the deck, also carefully and replaced them nicely. When he was finished, I pointed out that a number of windows were streaked and that one small area didn't look like it had been washed. He set to work fixing the problems and worked for at least another hour. I would recommend Eclipse very highly--great job!

If every service provider was as good as he, there would be no need to Angie! Job was performed on time and on estimate. I witnessed the work being done and am pleased with the results. He was also friendly with my young son and that too is important.

The workers were extremely polite & professional & completed the job quickly. They called with an apology & explanation for lateness due to extreme traffic problems. My observation of the job done is good; my spouse will get a better look this weekend.

Was thorough and got all the stains. He also provided feedback on how to best spot clean stains going forward and even gave advise on how to use my home steam cleaner. Would definitely use again!

Great company. Everything went beautifully. He went above and beyond. He was prompt, professional, and extremely skilled in his trade.

I believe his name was Eddie, he came with an assistant and was very respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They put down a paper trail leading upstairs as to not dirty the floors. They were very professional. They moved the furniture and did not charge for it. Eddie also gave me a quote for window cleaning which involved him walking around the entire house. Great job! He was so pleasant and professional. Came right on time and finished very promptly and he didn't try to sell me any extra services that I didn't need. The carpet looks beautiful and they were all cleaned for a reasonable price.

It's good. They gave me some feedback like I should do it twice a year instead of once a year. They gave me an approximation date on August or September that I probably need to call them and make an appointment to do the cleaning for Fall. I trusted them highly. They were on the roof so I couldn't see directly how they worked. They did it in half an hour. They're pretty fast. There was one worker. He looks nice. I don't have to have lots of communication once he came here. He came here on time and that's pretty good. He went directly to the roof and he knew what to do.

I wanted my gutters cleaned because i saw some dripping and overflows from the edges. I assumed they were clogged. Eclipse came on time. The guys were courteous. I went inside the house while they set up their ladders and before i knew it they said they were done and were packing up. I did not notice any debri displaced nor any bags of debri removed. I had to ask them to test the drainage with water on the roof, which they did do. They also repaired a section of gutter that had been dislodged when asked. I later found another section of drain pipe that was dislodged ( probably prior to the service) which was not addressed. A year later i have noticed that some of the gutters spill over in the middle of the run when raining and icicles form in those areas. I suppose i wish that the gutter service was more attentive to the basic reason people ask for gutter cleaning, to assure proper drainage, and did not try to hustle off to their next job even if they technically provided the gutter cleaning service.

OMG, what a pleasure to work with them! Yesterday when I came home, my 4-yr son gave me a huge heart-attack: he drew a mess on our ivory-colored carpet using a blue crayon, bedrooms and hallway, everywhere. You can imagine! I called Eclipse and they came the very first thing this morning to help me, as an emergency. How thankful I am!! They cleaned the carpet very thoroughly. I have to say it's a miracle!! All marks are removed, like nothing happened! I'm so impressed not only by their professionalism, but most importantly by their kindness to help me as an emergency. They could have ignored my message (it was late yesterday passed 6pm), but they didn't. Now they have earned a loyal customer. In the future, they will have all my business if I ever want to clean my carpet! Thank them again!!

I received steam cleaning service from the Eclipse cleaning and this is my second time. They have done excellent job just like last time. They cleaned the carpet thoroughly and using natural cleaning products. We are 100% satisfied with their service. They are very punctual and really professional. We had Excellent experience working with them. I feel they are best in the area. I strongly recommend to use their service for steam cleaning and other cleaning. Eddie, the owner Eclipse is very very good. He is professional, cordial, very patient and does his job 100%. When I asked to steam clean my area rug underneath my dinning table, he said yes and did it for me even though we did not include in the person. That was very nice of him.

Eddie and his crew showed up exactly when promised and power-washed the outside of our two-story house. It hadn't been professionally cleaned before, so we had lots of soil and mold buildup on both the siding and the roof. We were amazed at how clean the house looked after they were done! They were also very careful with their ladders in getting around all our landscaping, which was not affected at all by the cleaning. Even though we have a very steep roof and parts of the house that are difficult to reach, they got every surface clean. We will definitely use Eddie's services in the future.

Though most of the rugs are several years old, they now look brand new! Eddie was able to get out some stains that I had been unable to clean. The rugs also smell so clean, and there is no residual odor from places where our pets had soiled the rugs. Eddie and his helper carefully moved any furniture and put it back when they were done. They also turned the rugs so they would wear more evenly and then placed paper down to protect the rugs until they were dry. All rugs were cleaned and furniture put back in place in less than 1 1/2 hours, and they were totally dry before the end of the day. We are very pleased with his work, and we'll definitely have Eddie back again.

It went great. He showed up with 4 or 5 guys, took care of it immediately and was very very nice. He explained everything in detail and completed the job quickly. He did not require more money then the deal I had purchased which is a first for me. This has been my best Angies experience yet.

Professional from the start. They have the vacuum's coming out of their van so they use their own electricity for power. The floors of the stairway which wasn't being cleaning was covered. Whatever I hadn't managed to remove from the floor, they did. They put on every corner leading into a room or hallway a plastic guard so no damage would occur to the corners. They cleaned the carpets and added extra care to wherever in the room it looked like it needed it. I have a dog in the house and all of their cleaning solutions are safe for pets which was a big positive. There were 3 workers including Eddie, the owner, and they acted professionally throughout the job. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
