Carpentry Plus Improvements

Description of Work: Carpentry Plus Improvements last year renovated my kitchen. I have previously submitted a review and I was so pleased with the work that I recently contracted them once again to renovate my bathroom. Danny Mustacato is the owner and is friendly, professional and accurate. He takes great pride in his staff and his work. Before meeting Mr. Mustacato I had a different bathroom in my house renovated by a previous company who was not as reliable or professional. My experience with Carpentry Plus has been excellent! They manage everything above and beyond what they have quoted and what they have committed to. I now have a beautiful bathroom as well as kitchen thanks to Carpentry Plus. The prices are more than fair. They are competitive and you can be assured that if there are any unforeseen costs Mr. Mustacato makes no assumptions. One of the biggest advantages is that Mr. Mustacato will act as the general contractor on the entire job. He follows the job on a precise timeline and allows project management to left to him. This makes the entire process stress free for me, the homeowner. .I would recommend Carpentry plus Improvements for all my home repairs/ renovations.

Description of Work: Carpentry plus improvements were among the three companies I had Narrowed my bidding down to when renovating my kitchen. I eventually chose them because Daniel Mustacato's follow up ,sincerity and detail in the quoting process was exactly what i was looking for.Additionally Daniels creativity ,and experience proved to be expertise that relied on throughout the renovation. Daniel and crew helped make decision making easy for me. His professional eye ultimately made me my dream kitchen. His entire company and crew are professional,friendly, clean and meticulous in there work and there set up and clean up on a daily basis. I would recommend and hire Carpentry plus again for any repair or renovation on either of my homes.

Description of Work: Demolished old home approx. 2480 square feet. Built new home just over 10,000 square feet.

Description of Work: New powder room New Windows New exterior trim

Description of Work: Contactor was supposed to replace railings, columns and perform other woodworking tasks on the exterior of house.

Description of Work: Replaced porch support beam, removed and rebuilt stairs, removed sliding glass door and installed new framing. Also fixed some rotted wood undersiding. Reenfored porch with lage screws and plates and insulated window under porch.

Description of Work: I used them to do some work in my kitchen. They installed a wine cooler. They had to refit cabinets and drawers next to it. In my bathroom where I had originally had another contractor add cabinets for a sink, but I could not open the drawers unless the door was open all the way. He had his guys come and modify the drawers so I could open them. He made modifications to the wood.

Description of Work: Gut remodel of bathroom in 4th Floor walk-up. Tub to remain. New plumbing and electric where required. Price for labor and construction materials.

Description of Work: He covered a heating pipes that goes to the outside and insulated them.

Description of Work: Danny from Carpentry Plus Improvements and his men renovated my kitchen and first floor bathroom. He was the general contractor and his team were superb.

Description of Work: Repaired a broken girder, reinforced garage wall with sister floor joist, and repaired a damaged sill plate in the crawl space of the basement.
