This was not at all the case. We would be happy to accept your job. You called asking if we did work in Rockland County, when asked about the scope of work - you rudely hung up on our Administrative Assistant and never called back. To leave a Negative review after an experience like that seems unfair and suggests you had no intent to use our service but rather leave a bad review.

I got 3 estimates, from 3 companies, all of whom gave a good impression. I choose Bonistall because his estimate was a little lower than the other 2. During the job, he called and said that his assistant had made a mistake, and that the estimate should have been higher, and that he needed to charge me more. I explained that I'd chosen him based on the price, and that I wouldn't pay more. He was not happy. When the job was almost done, he asked me to give him the final payment. I said that I'd rather pay the final installment when the work was finished. He assured me that they would finish up the work (most of it was done, but they needed to get all the covers and trim and put them on. Everything was still opened up), and that he was headed out for the weekend, and it would be really helpful to get the check. I said ok, and paid him the last payment. Next thing I knew, everyone had left, never to return and finish the job. He still felt that I should've paid him a higher price. He said the job was finished, and he wouldn't come back. Now I know better than to ever pay in full before a job is completely finished.
Description of Work: I had added a workshop room in my basement, and needed all the wiring to be installed.

[Member's name removed] added 3 switch and 6 additional recessed lights to the original proposal and refused to make her final payment for the proposal work or the additional work which she agreed to. The work was 100% completed and my attorney got the payment in full after lien papers were to be filed for the $ 1,800.00 she owed for over 3 months.. I have been in business for 32 years with thousands of customers. She is the first that i had to go after
