The inspection done by Steven was both efficient and very thorough and the subsequent report excellently detailed with what deficiencies had to be corrected in order to realize the maximum net profit from the sale.

Stephen was great! It was our first time buying a place so it was our first time getting an inspection done. I was there while Stephen did the inspection and he went above and beyond to look at every little thing as well as giving me pointers along the way. He was extremely helpful and answered my questions and emails in a timely manner. I would definitely use him again.

Steven was amazing. He performed a very thorough inspection of both the interior and exterior. He reviewed everything with me at the end and gave explanations of any of the bigger issues. As a first time home buyer, I felt like his inspection provided me the information I needed to move forward with the purchase.

It went very well! He came on time with everything he needed. He methodically covered the outside and inside from top to bottom. He didn't rush or talk down to me. He made sure that I understood everything he was telling me, and encouraged me to take notes, if I wanted. There where some unwelcome surprises, (ugh) but I learned SOOO much. I realize, now, that I should have had him come every few years, to keep me on top of things.

Mr. Kushner did a full inspection of my home including radon and water tests. His report was extremely detailed and helpful. It included over 140 pages with photos and explanations of specific areas all around the interior and exterior of the home; and pointed out which areas of the house were satisfactory and which could use some work or repair. Mr. Kushner was prompt, friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend his service!
