Description of Work: Hawkins Homes was fantastic, not only did they complete project on time, they paid attention to all little details,which other businesses in area never even told me of when I was shopping. All the workers were very professional and courteous. during my final inspection, Hawkins even corrected some small items that I never even noticed- Like a handle on a door that didnt match others, now that is paying attention to little details.! I had a minor problem a few years after i had purchased home, and i called Hawkins to see who they could refer me to for repair. No need to, Hawkins was here in about 20 mins and corrected the problem, no charge and it was a Saturday! In shopping with similar businesses, I never got a clear price quote, there was always extras, hidden charges, ect., not with Hawkins- they explained everything down to littlest detail, but more inportantly, they lived up to them. Kudos to Rob and his team, and Tanner too!

+ -1 moreI had two warranty problems and they were excellent. Their service and workers were excellent. Everything was done on time and was done to my specifications. I could not be happier and if I had any warranty problems they were here on the weekends and came immediately. I will use them again in the future. They have different construction services like landscaping to go along with the construction so I use them for that to. You hear nightmares about when you buy a new home but because they can do so many things I had none. I will not use anyone else.
