"The technicians who came with very polite courteous and did the job very quickly however, my scheduled appointment was from 8 AM to 12 noon. I called the 1215 they told me it was gonna be 230. I called at 2:30 and they told me between three and five they did not come till 4 o?clock and they literally spent five minutes fixing the problem. I should have been put on the schedule before all these other people you have to do a better job of scheduling the technicians don?t know who?s fault it is, but I wasted a whole day.
