He was reasonable, he was friendly, and he called when he said he was going to call. Update 6/27/12: For the most part, the major part of it was done in a day or two but when it came to finishing up a couple of the drains that I wanted done he never finished. He had mentioned while he was there doing the major project that I could continue to add to the list. Well, he told me that he would come out to finish the projects but kept continuing to give me excuses for why he could not come. Apparently he did come out one day, but they never called me to let me know they were coming so he was unable to get access. Everything started out very well but towards the end of the job the communication was not the best and the project never got finished. The major work he did was excellent but it was just the smaller projects that were not completed. He was paid in full as he wanted to be.

I was so happy to have found this company. I called with a problem and instead of making me wait a week or so to get them out, they came out the same day and fixed the issue perfectly. Instead of taking advantage of someone who didn t know what was being fixed, the contractor pulled me aside and made sure I knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost before he began to do the work. I am extremely satisfied with this contractor and highly recommend him to anyone.
