+ -1 moreThey were just about perfect. Dan is a love-able, big teddy bear. Whatever we wanted, he bent over backwards to do. He got the permit, which was about $1,000, to get started with not a penny from us. They sited the yard and consulted with us to find the best spot for the pool. They figured everything out for us, taking in to consideration the sun. He was a wealth of information, because we never did that before. He was helpful, but always mindful of what we wanted. He seemed to subcontract the best people. Anytime we reached out to him, he responded right away. We couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: They took a backyard and, from start to finish, they designed and built a 20' x 40' in-ground gunite pool and a blue stone patio.

+ -1 moreThey are very honest people. Their weekly cleaning price was better than other services that I heard of. They are friendly. I am satisfied with the quality. They were always fair and on time.
Description of Work: I used Pooltastic Pool Works to open the pool this year, but I used them last year for routine cleaning. They have done some repairs for us, they have done a pump repair, repaired the liner of the pool and there was some leaks and they fixed that.

+ -1 moreThey are very easy to bring a water sample in to. Other places seem more interested in selling chemicals but they were very interested in getting the pool balanced. They were very helpful.
