I did not hire this strange, strange person for any work. Would never have them in my home!
Description of Work: Very odd. Called to see if they had a non-synthetic ant control product. The woman on the phone had no idea their ad said 'botanical products available'. It's right above their phone # in BOLD PRINT. She snippy and claimed I was mistaken. Then tried to tell me that herbal and botanical are 2 different things (where that came from I have NO idea!) I thanked her & simply said "we have some ants, I'd like to have them controlled with a non-synthetic product". She replied back "well then that wouldn't be available to you now that you have ants." WHAT? Why would I call an exterminator if I did not have ants? Very. very weird. Nasty attitude. Glad we didn;t use them.
