contacted Matt explaining our interest in a system- our hot water tank was leaking so we were in a hurry- he got right back to us with a quote- explained the benefits of the system- detailed the federal and state tax incentives- supplied all the completed forms necessary to be used when you file your taxes- sourced the system components from several suppliers - made an extra trip to install just the hot water tank while we waited on delivery of the supplies because we thought our leaking tank was going to fail at any moment- very happy with the project-We have done quite of home remodeling over the years and are familiar with all the trades - Matt and his crews attention to detail was genuine. Matt and I talked about some other projects going foreword- namely heating our hot-tub with solar energy- a neighbor who is interested in putting a system in visited to check things out- based on what he saw and heard Matt was stopping at his house on his way home.
