I first contacted Elite by e-mail in February asking for an estimate for the work I needed done. I received a response within 2 hours telling me they would be out the next day to look at the job and leave an estimate. The next day I found an estimate in the front door. I had actually contacted 3 companies and Elite was the only one that got back to me. By April I was ready to have the work scheduled but I needed 2 more estimates ( I always get 3 estimates ). To make a long story short, it took almost 3 weeks to get those estimates. I misplaced my original estimate from Elite and after e-mailing he sent me a copy of the original the same day. I talked to the owner on the phone and he set up a date of June 10, 2013 to begin the work. I never heard anything from them again, and sure enough on June 10th they were here to begin the work. They did an excellent job of power washing the house.... removed all the mold on the gutters, house and roof. The inside of the gutters are as clean as new. Our deck is 24 years old and had been cleaned by other companies throughout the years and our deck has never been cleaned so well. It almost looked like a new deck. After 1 day for drying they came back to apply stain. He will apply any stain you choose. I went with Behr from Home Depot. I purchased it myself. I appreciate Elite because they came when they said they would, and just the response to my e-mails and phone calls were very prompt.

It was the second time that I used them. I would absolutely recommended them for other members. Power washing from them is reasonable. They are very good. They are professional. I am going to have them every other year. I asked him to come every year, but he said every other year is good enough, which I think was good.
