We met with Tim on Thursday, agreed that he would handle the sale of Dad’s house, and on Sunday already had two offers! Waiting one more week for Tim’s marketing magic and an Open House, gave us three more valid offers at the price point we needed. He did his research, came to us prepared with real data on comparable homes in our area, and analyzed the best price. Our house sold in THREE DAYS! Before an open house! Tim is a modern realtor who utilizes social media marketing like a pro. He found many interested buyers -- at least 8 potential buyers saw our house in those 3 days. Tim is a type-A personality; he just doesn't quit. I don't plan on ever moving again, but if I did, you can bet that I would hire Tim.
