Matt was very easy to work with and very personable yet very professional. He set my mind at ease.

They were very thorough. Examined inside and outside the house and garage explaining why they were putting the traps in each location. Also came out a few weeks later to check the traps to verify that they were being used. I would definitely use them again.

Everything was perfect. Friendly reception on phone, prompt scheduling. Even better, prompt arrival, and the gentleman explained everything beforehand. I had only mentioned the yellow jackets on the phone and mentioned the bees in person. The additional cost and procedure was explained and agreed upon up front. The procedures went smoothly, and I received instructions on what to expect, that I should call back for a free return visit if the pests weren't completely gone after 10 days, and information about safety for my family and pets. Friendly and professional. After a week, no more pests (and there were at least 100 yellow jackets). A quick note on cost. $250 might sound costly for getting rid of these two different pests, but when I think about the time and energy that I would have spent, the cost of repeated trips to buy more crap at the hardware store, and the likelihood that I would have gotten rid of all of the yellow jackets without pain/injury to myself or a family member, not to mention the skill needed by the person who drove out here to do a professional job... well, I'm completely happy with the cost and results. In the future, I will definitely use and recommend Suburban Pest Control.

When I called Suburban Pest Control the woman who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She scheduled the appt. She quoted me a price of 160.00 plus tax. She told me that they would spray around the house and if necessary in the room where the flies were, and maybe in the attic. (thus the price) I told her I was a member of Angies List and she gave me a 15% discount. The man, that came to my house, was ontime and explained to me why I had this problem and how he was going to elevate the flies. He sprayed outside, next to the foundation of the room that had the flies in it (not all around the house). He also wiped down the sills and window sashes inside the room with a chemical. (he did not spray in the room.) He was here about 1/2 hour. The reason I gave them a C rating on price is that I feel that it was high for the amount of work done.(I did not call anyone else to price shop, maybe I should have) They did not spray all around the house and in the room. However the flies are gone and they do have a 30 day guarantee. .

The tech that came out was very friendly and courteous. I have a dog that tends to jumped and he spent time playing with the dog before i even answered the door. He was extremely knowledgeable about the job and also very friendly to talk to. This job was done promptly and efficiently. He also took plenty of time to explain exactly what was done.

I called and made an app't. I had tried sprays but they didn't work. The tech knew exactly what needed to be done. He did his thing and said if any problems to let them know . Very nice!

They arrived exactly when they said they would. Provided precise details regarding what they were going to do and what the bee reaction would be. The technician said I could expect some activity for a short period of time, but if the bees were still there in two weeks to call back and they would retreat the area. There was no activity that evening and remains that way as of today.

They did super job with every thing.

No evidence of ant hills within a couple of weeks of chemical application and/or no woodchuck within a couple of days. In the future, would definitely use and/or recommend this company for a pest and/or animal problem!

Technician was onetime and immediately set to work looking for evidence of mice. He then explained to me what he needed to do and quickly completed the job. He was helpful with my questions and prices were as quoted on the phone.

It went very well. Technician was prompt, polite & professional. He came back 28 days later at no extra charge to check on the bait traps, replacing bait in a number of them.

Exterminator came on time and eliminated yellow jacket nest inside my house's exterior shingles. Performed service in less than 15 minutes. Promised to come back if yellow jackets were still seen in 2-3 days, which they weren't (yay!). Professioal job, I would definitely use again. Accepted 15% off Angie's List coupon.

To start off, Suburban was about $50.00 cheaper then other bids we solicited add to that the fact that they offered an additional 15% off to Angie's List members. Any need for an additional visit was at no additional cost until the problem was solved and just a phone call away The appointment was scheduled for 3PM the next afternoon. The technician arrived a little before three and was very professional. He explained everything to my wife as he performed the service.

The service provider was very prompt and thorough. Also, he explained the service he was providing and the expectations regarding the pest(i.e., ants) behavior in the immediate/short-term future. Also, he answered any additional questions that I had. After 2.5 weeks, if the ant problem persisted, the company would return with a different/more potent treatment. After approximately 3 weeks, I have seen no live ants! If I have any further need for any type of pest control, I would definitely call Suburban Pest Control First! They did a great job!

Excellent! The staff were very informative as to the type of services they were providing, what to expect short term and long term, and put me at ease with my fears and worries being severely allergic to bee stings.

They were professional from my first phone call regarding the yellow jackets outside our front door & window. (We killed over 40 inside in one day!) The woman explained it would be a couple days before they could come out due to problems pretty much like mine. At this point, I figured what was a couple more days? They left a detailed description of what was done, what was used, a detailed receipt and instructions to call if we still had problems. At the end of the second week, it looked like the yellow jackets were regrouping above the window with an extra "escape" route, we hadn't noticed. Once again, they were courteous and professional taking my call. They came out in a couple days to retreat at no additional cost. I would definitely call Suburban Pest Control for any future jobs (hopefully I won't have to!)

Excellent! We called in the morning and they came out within an hour and a half.The price quoted was the price we were charged and they followed up with a letter. We have had no problems since.

We were having trouble with bees on the outside wall of our mudroom. My husband was treating with regular bug spray. When I finally got him to see that we needed an exterminator, we called Suburban. When we called them they wanted to know an abundance of information about our problem. The appointment was only 2 days after we called. The tech called before arrival as a courtesy call. Tech explained all he was doing, how it should work and when to call back if needed, Five days just like he said - no more wasps! Work is guaranteed for 30 days. Because we are an Angie's member we got 15% discount - which just about paid our annual membership for Angie!

The gentleman sent was a very profession and helpful individual. He informed me of what was needed before he continued on and eliminated the bee hives. I believe the service technicians are the face of any company. This being said I would recommend this company to anyone that asked. At the time of my initial call, I was informed completely about the costs. The service man kept repeating how much everything would cost. I thought the emphasis on cost was over the top.

Very professional, good follow-up

This company was responsive from the start. My first call was after hours and I left a message that was answered before 9AM the next morning. I explained the problem and a visit was scheduled for the next day. The technician arrived on schedule, and performed the work. He explained that it would possibly be as long as two or three weeks before we would not see any further activity on the part of the wasps. At the end of that period, we did notice some continued activity and called Suburban Pest Control again. They responded promptly, and re-treated the affected area. As part of their guarantee, there was no additional charge and we haven't seen any additional wasp activity since then. Complete satisfaction. The price seemed a bit steep, but I didn't get quotes from competitors, so I don't know if it was high or not, but I do know the job was done well, and the company is a pleasure to deal with. I would definnitely call them again if the need arises. They also offered a discount to Angie's List subscribers.
