They came and sprayed a barrier treatment on the outside of the house. This has cut down considerably on the number of insects I'm seeing outside, as well as inside the house. I'm doing the 3 treatment package for July, August and September for $136 per treatment. Price goes by the size of your house.

They promptly returned my telephone call and advise me that they would stop at my house and provide me with an estimate for the service. That telephone conversation took place on the Wednesday before memorial day. I sent an email to them on June 5th to find out why they had not stopped by or contacted me. It is now June 9th and I have never heard from them.

I would highly recommend Suburban Pest Control-they were great from the moment I called till the moment the service was completed! They were able to schedule me right away. Kevin, the technician, was very thorough, helpful, polite, and professional. He explained what he would be doing to remove the nest, how the treatment would work, and what to expect. It's only been a few days, but so far, so good-no bees! I also appreciate that there is a 30-day guarantee, so if I DO have problems over the next couple weeks, I can call and they will come back to treat the nest again.

I got them to come out. I have no idea what the prices are for other people. I've never done this before, so I really don't know how competitive the price is. It seemed a little bit high, but I understand it because you're working with chemicals and things like that. They set up the appointment and kept the appointment. He was very courteous and the kid was dressed properly.

When suburban came to exterminate the bats, they not only sealed up the bat holes, but they took care of some wasp nests for us too. Its a 3 month process to remove bats, where they come back and check the progress once a month. They put a one way valve where the bats are getting in, or the bats can leave but not get back in. They also set sticky traps for stubborn bats. They remove any bats caught in the sticky traps when they come back for their checkups throughout the 3 months. We opted to have the guano cleaned up too which costs a little extra. Very good service and thorough. Just expensive to remove bats, but that's normal I guess.

It was great. Haven't seen a hornet since.

My initial call was on Monday, August 15, 2016. I was told someone would probably be out Wednesday or Thursday to take a look and they would leave the paperwork on my doorknob. On Friday, August 19th I called and left a message that I hadn't received anything yet. Surprisingly, the next day (Saturday) I received a call letting me know that someone was out earlier in the week and that they should have left the paperwork. The woman on the telephone said that the tech was out on a job but she would check with him and send it out. I left my email address with her and told her I didn't need it that day; sometime the following week would be fine. September 1, 2016 - still hadn't received anything so I called again. Was told that there was no estimate in my file and that the woman I initially spoke to was on another line but I'd get a call back. September 8, 2016 - never received a call back, never received an estimate in the mail or via email.

contractor called and showed up on time. preformed service in a timely manner. was professional and friendly.

John inspected our attic and determined the droppings we found were from a bat. He came back, installed glue boards and a trap where they were getting in. He returned in one month to ensure there were no more bats and to remove the droppings. He will come back in the Spring to make sure everything is still good and remove the traps.

Very professional courteous informative and gave us advise on other issues we should address in an older property we acquired. Nest was bigger than anticipated but because we are Angie's list members they honored the discount and didn't up charge us! Highly recommended!

The spots where the bait was placed seemed to deter the continued entry of mice. I have not found dropping. However, I felt the price was high for the service. Plus there would be charges for follow ups.

The exterminator was prompt, courteous, and listened to my concerns. I showed him the picture provided by the energy audit and he went up into the attic. It turned out that the nest was dormant and there were no insects to be sprayed. He also found two mud dauber nests which were removed. I asked him to walk the outside. As the day was rainy these flying insects would not be visible but he looked and found nothing. I was satisfied with the service and even though I could have removed a dormant nest I did not want to chance it in my attic. As the honor a 15% discount for all Angie's List customers I definitely would use them again if there was something I did not think I could do myself.

The gentleman that showed up was prompt, courteous and incredibly informative. Even the folks that scheduled on the phone were super nice. Followed up with us several times to make sure everything was taken care of. Seemed to have solved any issues with pests we were having.

I checked a B on price but I honestly only have Buffalo Ext. to compare and Suburban is a better price. He did show me how to spray outside ourselves when I told him my husband still has a lot of Home Defense left from last year. I thought that was very fair and honest of him. He didn't try to sign us up for the monthly program, which Buffalo Exterminators seemed to be pushing. He also didn't use exaggerated terms like "infestation" or tell me our house was being devoured.

They did very good. We were happy with the service. I thought they were just a little bit pricey. They wanted to come four consecutive months, and I didn't necessarily want pesticides sprayed that often. I didn't want to be locked into a contract.
