Description of Work: There were two yellow jacket nests, one in the soffit over the side door, one under the siding at the back of the house. Technician showed up promptly, treated both areas. He told me to wait 3 weeks, and if any are seen in those two areas, they will come back and re-treat them under the 30 day warranty. He was professional and friendly.

Description of Work: In the summer, a Service tech arrived to spray for ant infestation and he observed that I had placed ant traps down within the last couple days. He advised the ant traps often take a week to work and did not recommend I spend additional money unless the traps did not work. What incredible honesty!! I wonder if he still works for the company lol! Sure enough, the ants were gone within the week and I saved $180. I had used this company in the past and was very satisfied, that's why I contacted them again. I highly recommend the integrity and professionalism of this company.

Description of Work: Called and scheduled an appointment a week in advance. On the day of the appointment, I had not heard from them so I called to see if they were still coming. No one had any recollection of my appointment. Waited an entire week for nothing, which is very upsetting when you're dealing with bees. Rescheduled with a different company.

Description of Work: We had a problem with carpenter ants. They were here the next day to spray 2 rooms. The gentleman was professional and knew what treatment would be most effective for our circumstances! We are past the 30 day guarantee for the service and I haven't seen any! Very pleased with their customer service and the outcome and I would use them again, though I hope it won't be necessary! :)

Description of Work: Sprayed walls and floors and used gel in crevices. It went well. But we'll need them to come back one more time for winter. Compared to how many we had,there are very little left.

Description of Work: I had mice in my basement. He took care of it and he will be back in 3 weeks to check. Last night we didn't have any sign that the mice were back. I'm so glad I called them, everyone was just so helpful, and I learned a lot of things I didn't really want to know! He will be back to follow up. Kevin the worker was very pleasant.

Description of Work: John did a great job! We used somebody else from November 2014 to January 2015, to exterminate mice in our home. However, the mice came back & there were more mice droppings in our kitchen drawers & in the basement. So we called Suburban Pest, and John came and did a very thorough inspection. He looked everywhere, and found more droppings on the bed, floor & bathroom in the basement. John vacuumed all the droppings and sterilized all areas that had droppings. He also inspected outside, and put mouse traps inside & outside. As of today, we have not seen any more droppings anywhere, and we thank John for a job well done. John was courteous, pleasant professional and very helpful. We will not hesitate to call him back. |
