Description of Work: We had a mouse issue at the office due the extended freezing temperatures this winter. We called, they came, they conquered, they followed up, they were great!

Description of Work: I called Suburban first to get rid of ants coming inside my house. They sprayed a product, which I could have bought myself at Home Depot for much cheaper, around my house on the outside. The ants were still coming until I bought products myself. Second time, was to get rid of mice in my attic. The guy would not even walk in my attic, he just put some poison on the edge on my attic, and at other places in my house: some poison I could have bought myself cheaper at the store. He did not want to put any traps. I had to buy the traps myself, and it is how I got rid of several mice. So Suburban was pretty much useless to me if they won't walk inside my attic where I cannot reach.

Description of Work: I have used them twice. Both times they took care of my problem very efficiently.

Description of Work: Spray yellow jacket nest. wasps came back in 10-12 days. Company came back, sprayed again,no charge, no questions asked. The wasps seem gone for good, now.

Description of Work: They put powder in the holes on my deck, made by carpenter bees. The technician was very efficient and helpful and gave me a lot of information.

Description of Work: After calling Amherst Pest Control simply because they are closer in location for an estimate and to give them the description of the problem we decided to go with Suburban Pest Control. A yellow jacket nest was being built into the siding of our home where our 6yr old daughter sleeps and we wanted it removed/treated immediately. We could hear them through the wall and we knew it was beginning to get serious. Amherst pest control did not see this as an emergency and did not offer same day service, in fact earliest they could offer was 2 days later and at a higher cost. Suburban pest control listened to our concerns and genuinely cared about them. Had someone dispatched to us within 2 hours. Sprayed into siding of home to remove nest which took all of 4 minutes. Everything went amazing! Very fast work, explained in detail when we'd see results and what to do if more come. We'd definitely recommend their services to anyone with a pest control problem! Description of Work: sprayed the house with insecticide. It went well. The carpenter ants have not been seen since treatment.

Description of Work: John was very professional and explain the whole process to me. He took me around my property where he placed bait traps and explained how they would work and that he would be back monthly to check and service them. Since initial placement the problem has been reduced by 90%. The price was a bit higher than the others but the personal service made up for it.

Description of Work: The young man was polite, courteous, informative and efficient in eliminating the bees nest on my patio. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: I had called for a consultation and Suburban Pest Control was able to schedule a convenient time not too far ahead in the future. They were early but called first to let me know that they would be early - very much appreciated! They were extremely professional, pleasant, & honest there was no hard sell at all. They gave me several options for remedying the situation but from the get-go and then again ultimately told me that our problem is unlikely due to pests. I can't say how much I appreciate their candor and honesty, especially their willingness to help figure out the problem even though it now seems clear that pest control (their specialty & service) was not even necessary. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Suburban Pest Control to anybody and if ever we do have a problem that requires pest control, we will call Suburban Pest Control ASAP!

Description of Work: We have used this company for years to spray for bees around our pool an deck areas. They are very reliable and return immediatly if any problems occur.
