+ -1 moreOverall, the process was smooth from start to finish. Any questions that I had were answered fully and I was told to call with any problems or concerns. The service was very professional and the work was excellent. I was very pleased with the experience.
Description of Work: I had valances made for the bay window in my dining room as well as sheers, curtains and top of the line rods for the my living room window. The living room window is 4 panels wide and is quite difficult to dress. The owner came out to my house and asked what exactly I wanted done as well as some color ideas. She took pictures of the windows and took measurements of each. I received a phone call within 7-10 days to set up another appointment during which the owner brought different samples for me to view. There was a great selection to choose from, all of which were variations of the colors I had specified. The owner then told me to expect a call from the installer within the next 2 days. He did call within the specified time and set up the date for installation which was about a month later. This time was based on the amount of time it took to order the curtains that I chose as well as finding a time that worked out for both myself and the installer.
