One Hour Heating And Air Conditioning

Description of Work: Buyer BEware. We called this company initally for a vent cleaning. Tech talked us into replacing furnace(no problem it was 20 years old) Sales man arrives 2 hrs later.During the eastimate and assessment we told the tech and the sales man that it has always been diffucultto heat the upstairs. I currently use electric heaters to supplement heat upsatirs. I was told they would install additional duck work and addiional vents.They assured me my upstairs would be warmer. The job was completed that week.( They offerd me 500 dollar discount if i agreed to have the job done the next day. They said they had a cancellation I think they just dont have a lot of customers) During the Job they tell me they are unable to provide heating ducts due to the structure of the house. That is fine bit I was not offerd any reduction in price or comepensation. They did put a air return in the other bed room. The Upstairs is just as cold as it was prior to the job. I would not have done this job if I knew the end result would not change. The sales man said everything was guarrented. I have called the company to complain. The saleman mad a appointment with me to come to my house and NEVER SHOWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... I am very FRUSTRATED with this company and plan on telling any one who will listen......
