Description of Work: I called and explained the scope of my plumbing job over the phone. I was promised a prompt return call. I never received any return call, prompt or otherwise. Apparently they were uninterested in taking the job, and even less interested in communicating such to me, as any professional would do. I will not be calling them in the future.

+ -1 moreI've actually used Bill Muttlke on several occasions. He is now my go to plumber. The first time I used him was to install the water heater I purchased from another vendor. I had planned to install it on my own. The job turned out to be bigger than I had planned. Bill came in gave me a very reasonable quote and did an amazing job installing the tank. While he was at it he detected several small gas leaks in my basement lines and corrected those as well. I had him come back on another occasion to do bathroom work. I even called him for my central AC problem. He ended up referring that work. I have recommended him to people at work as well and everyone had been very pleased as well. Nice to have a can't miss plumber.

+ 0 moreWhile checking on my rental house in Hamburg, NY I noticed water running out the front door and my tenants GONE. When they left they turned off the heat.....the pipes frose and split on the 2nd and !st floors...filling the basement with water and soaking the first floor carpets and ruining walls. Mattulke Plumbing responded to this emergency in 1/2 hour. They repaired the leaks, pumped out the basement, flushed the boiler, restarted the boiler, bled the boiler, and returned heat to the house. EXCELLANT !!!!
Description of Work: Repaired burst hot water base board heating pipes.

+ -1 moreMuttulke Plumbing did a great job. He arrived within 30 minutes of our call. The actual job took a long time, because it was a difficult, messy job. It was nice that he had all the parts in his truck. The plumber was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing.
Description of Work: Muttulke Plumbing installed basket strainers in our drains. They also cleaned out the kitchen and bathroom drains.
