Description of Work: the garage door was installed with a handle lock. This lock was made in China and when I lost a key, two trips to the locksmith resulted in failure because the key was made in China and unable to be duplicated. When I called for a replacement set from Hamburg garage door. They could not give one to me because they can't get them, nor can they get a blank key. Notified Jennifer Kuhn by email with no satisfaction. Only after calling the BBB, will they give me a new lock which I will need to go pick up. This one is supposidly made in Canada. Would caution buyers to find out where the locks are made and if you can get a duplicate before you ever consider buying here. Otherwise it is more money and another service call. I would consider this poor quality of the product.

Description of Work: rollers intermittently coming out of track causing door opener to fail. They were prompt and timely . He put in rollers that were a bit longer and oiled up the entire mechanism.
