GREAT JOB!!! GREAT SERVICE!!! GREAT PRICE!!!

All went very well. Owner and workers were extremely efficient. Cleanup of huge amount of branches was thorough.

Not good. Called twice to schedule an estimate...first time (nice) receptionist stated that someone would call back...didn't happen. Waited a week and left a vm and phone number...no response. Get the sense that they return calls for larger services only.

The crew from Four Seasons arrived on time and did an excellent job in about four hours. They trimmed away dead branches and cut back other branches overhanging our neighbor's house. When finished, they raked up all the debris and left the yard in good shape.

These people were great! They were prompt and courteous. They came in a crew of 4-5. They came with all the right equipment to do the job well and quickly. They brought a wood chipper, a high lift bucket to trim the tops of the bigger trees before felling the trunk, everything. The whole job was done with 3 days. I was very impressed and pleased. The price was acceptable, and i got what I paid for. I am satisfied. Will definitely contact again when I need future tree service.

The crew showed up as expected and worked as a team to trim several trees and remove shrubbery on my property. The crew was professional, polite and thorough. They made sure that we were satisfied with their work and everything was done before they left and they cleaned up all the downed branches. Great job! Will definitely use them again.

All work on the trees was done promptly and professionally. I was not pleased with the pruning of the hemlock hedge and when I brought it to Mike's attention he removed the cost from my bill which I found to be a fair solution. They did a great job cleaning up.

Called on a Wednesday morning and received response later that day. Set up Friday appointment and they arrived on time. Found them to be friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable of the job to be performed. Agreed on price which was competitive with other businesses. Showed up on time agreed on and proceeded to complete the total job in 6 hours. They cleaned up the area and looked as if no one had been there. Extremely pleased and will use them again for future work.

Mike called on a Sunday (7/13/14) to come give the estimate. I was impressed that he was willing to take time on a Sunday to give a FREE estimate!! Came and checked out the work...gave me a VERY REASONABLE price and said that he could do the work the following week because he was busy this coming week. On Tuesday (7/15) about 11am I get a knock on my door from Mike (being in the area) saying that he had time TODAY to do the work if I was interested because he couldn't get into another job due to the area being too wet to work. I told him YES!!! We went over again of what needed to be done and Mike started taking down the Apple tree while waiting for his two other crew members to arrive. On every tree that was trimmed, Mike confirmed exactly what I wanted cut and then confirmed again if everything looked OK and performed any extra trimming that was needed without question. Mike and his crew worked non-stop until the job was completed. When Mike and his crew were finished...with the exception of seeing saw dust on the ground...you couldn't tell that they were even there!!! Every single piece of debris was disposed of and my front and back lawns were raked clean!! AMAZING JOB!!! Four Seasons Tree Service was very professional, prompt, and courteous. Too bad Angies List doesn't have an OUTSTANDING overall rating. They have won my future business!!

I called and made an appointment for them to give me a quote for the work I wanted done. They showed up as scheduled and were willing to negotiate a very reasonable price. They came out a few days later and did exactly what they quoted and cleaned up the work area as promised.

Four Seasons cut down a 50 foot dead tree and ground down two stumps. They were terrific! They came out on a Sunday (!) to do the estimate, and came back on Tuesday to do the work! They did not drive in any equipment, so as not to damage my lawn; they did it all by hand. Plus, they had to finish cleaning up in the pouring rain. Now that's service. Thank you Four Seasons!

Due to location, size of tree, had to have a power line drop from NYSEG. Was trying in the beginning as it had to be scheduled according to NYSEG schedule. With all the rain it ended up getting cancelled several times, then rescheduled. Granted we had a lot of rain in April but it became frustrating when there was limited days to work with on NYSEGs end. Mike then stepped in and was able to schedule me according to my schedule and not NYSEGs. Everything worked out fine, NYSEG was able to come when asked. So, make sure the scheduling is suitable to your needs. The actual service rendered was excellent. Mike and his crew were hard working, knew what they were doing. They were very organized and did the work skillfully. There were no mishaps. In the end, the clean up was thorough and complete as promised. You never would have known it was such a huge job with a mess when they left. They kept to the price and job quoted. There were no surprises. I would also add the girl in the office provided excellent customer service. Whenever I called with scheduling issues she did what she could on my behalf to make things work, was very responsive, polite, friendly and professional. Two thumbs up. Very happy with the services rendered.

extremely skilled and precise cutting of the tree which extended over the two story roof and involved an electric line,an existing deck and gazebo. not one iota of damage to any structure or the soggy lawn,no wasting of time,no breakdown of equiptment excellent results.

th tI had a large Ash tree that had a split of about 33 feet long that was next to my garage. It had two trunks from the ground. They came in and took down both parts without any damage to the house or really to the yard. They cleaned up as they went. They didn't remove the stump as I wanted to keep it.

Their price was very fair, did an efficient job and they were very fair. They did a really good job and came when he said he's going to come. I talked to him and I think he came within two-day period, removed the trees but but the only thing he left was a little bit of the shavings and we had to clean it up and that was it. He removed the sump and the trees, did a really good job and he was very reasonable in terms of cost.

Overall, I could not be happier with the job they performed.

When I called for an estimate, on the advice of a friend, the owner came the next day. The price was better than the 3 previous estimates I had gotten. The work was done the next day. They did a great job and cleaned up very well when done. I had requested any large limbs be cut into 16" lengths and left here, which they did. I was very satisfied from start to finish.

The service was excellent. He cleaned everything up and moved it toward my yard from my neighbors yard which was nice and I told him that he did not have to do that. I would recommend them.

All work was done efficiently and professionally. I asked that a few of the limbs be left here but the rest of the wood and debris were completely cleaned up and removed. Mike provided me with certicates of Liability Insurance and Workmen's Comp with no hesitation or hassle.

Estimate was obtained the same day that I called. Work was completed within 72 hours of approval. I chose not to be home during the work but this was not a problem. The area was so perfectly cleaned up that it took a few minutes for me to realize all of the trees had been done. Every tree was shaped and trimmed exactly as had been proposed in the estimate. Billing was prompt. Could not have been more pleased with the work and the result and the professionlism and time taken to do the estimate. Would recommend to anyone and would definately use service again.
