handyman service
+ -1 moreHe is very good at anything he does. We have used him more than once. We does an hourly flat rate. He did a very good job. He did it quickly. It was really well done. I will use him again in the future.

+ -1 moreHe has a low hourly fee. His fees are pretty much the same for most jobs. He is punctual.
Description of Work: He put in a new thermostat for me. He is more of a general contractor. He has put in windows, hot water heater, and he is a real artist with his work. He has also installed a sump pump.
