Braymiller Builders of WNY Inc

They don't appear to be a very well organized company. I was contacted and was set up for an afternoon appointment. The day of the appointment I was contacted by the company and told my wife needed to be at the appointment also. I was not told this when I scheduled the appointment, and my wife could not get out of work. They would not come out for the estimate, and I wasted a personal day.

Went very smoothly, and faster than I thought it would.

It went very well. I will use them again in the future.

We bought a house with leaky tiles around the bathtub. I called Braymiller because the previous owners used them to install replacement windows and they are very nice. They came to our home for the estimate. I thought the salesman pressured us more than I was comfortable with, but I trusted their product. The price was way more than I anticipated. We decided to go with Braymiller anyway. They came out a week or so later to so some measurements and installed our tub liner 4-6 weeks later. The plumbing leaked initially, but they came quickly to fix the problem.

Saleman gave good presentation of windows. When price was above our budget, salesman insulted us and put other companies down. A day later we were contacted for a survey about our experience. We were then asked if another manager could come and talk to us for 10 minutes to possibly save us a substancial amount of money. The next day another salesman came and spent almost 2 hours and still was $1000. over our limit.

I had supposedly "won" a contest that allowed me 25% off of any service and product. I had the salesman come by and he was professional in a car salesman sort of way. After I finally got him out the door after almost 2 hours he offered me 10% more off of the price if I signed the paperwork then and only then. I declined because the windows are overpriced and the cheapest steel door I could find in their catalog installed was about $3000. I will not use them ever. But to be fair I hear they do good work.

Gentleman arrived on time and presented impressive sales pitch. Some details of presentation obviously exaggerated or unconfirmed. Still, the windows and doors seemed to be a quality product. In the end, salesman would not take no for an answer and we had to kick him out of our house around 11 pm! Windows were very nice and we may still consider them for some applications in our home, but were far too expensive for complete installation.

They did a very good installation job. The quality of the material they sold was also very good. They replaced the front door of my house, a storm door and a man door in my garage. The front door was almost the width of a double door. It had windows on the side of it. The door and the windows were a single unit. We did not get other quotes but I think the price seemed to be good. I had similar work done by another company on windows earlier. They were very responsive. The installation was done in January and I called them a couple of weeks ago to ask them for some information on the tax credits for the installation. They responded within a week with some material. They were on time and got the work done very quickly. They were very professional.

Their follow up service wasn't great. The scheduling lady was never available. I couldn't get a hold of her and then left a message of when to call and when not to call and she called when I told her not to. Their product was good, but they weren't very good about getting back to me. The workers were good, but didn't really communicate very well with me. They left before they pick up the check and then didn't call me back to collect it until 3 months later. I'm not sure if I would go back to them.

Removed an old window, rebuilt the frame to accommodate the window I ordered and installed the window. The window is very energy efficient. There is a substantial amount of PVC vinyl framing on the window, which decreases the amount of glass and is not environmentally sensitive. I think that the price is a little high for the product, but they did excellent work.

Technician on time each day--job took 5 days. He was friendly and professional, answered my questions in terms I could understand. Very careful with measurements and installation. Explained cleaning products to be used when he finished job, and encouraged me to call me to call company if there were any problems as they stand by their work. I would use this company again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

They came out and showed us the window and I decided to go with them. I was pleased with the person who did the work. He did it by all by himself and I was very impressed by him. They were very good, but I just think the price was a little expensive.

The estimate they gave me was $3000.00 and I paid another company $550.00. Their estimate was way off. It was too high.

I'll tell you that I think this company really does know what they are doing. Their knowledge base is good. The service is fast and friendly. They do things accurately and I would use them all over again given the opportunity.

Very polite and thorough salesman was very knowledgeable and thorough explaining the whole procedure. Installation crew was neat and very professional. They worked very fast and inconvenienced us as little as possible. They explained the features of the windows and instructed us on the mechanisms and cleaning procedures. They vacuumed up any dust and removed all debris from the old windows and the entire job site.

If you are looking for doors give Braymiller Builders a chance. They have excellent doors, they are steel and all have dead bolts. The people who installed the doors work for the company and they do excellent work. I have no complaints about them.

The professionalism and the follow up was wonderful. Overall Braymiller Builders did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

My overall experience with Braymiller Builders was very good. The crew was very polite, and they are very knowledgeable. I just wish they did more of a variety, so I could hire them more. I would recommend them.

Braymiller Builders was recommended to us by friends. We had them install other windows in the past, and they did a great job then, too. We feel they have great prices compared to a few others we checked on.

Braymiller Builders did good work. They took the old windows and door and cleaned up after themselves. They did it all in one day. They were very courteous and knowledgeable in their work. I would surely recommend them to other people.
