Mitchell did a great job of cleaning our two units ,both the compressors and the inside headers. He was very professional and did a thorough job. We love the whole team and definitely would give them a five star referral to anyone who may be interested in getting their help to install, repair or maintain their heat pumps .

Joe did an excellent job cleaning my Buderus unit. He explained what was being done and why. He also explained how the system operates and the best way to use it. Also left it that I may call with any questions or concerns.

they had to come back next day as they were unable to find part which was ok but were late both days. charged extra 50.00 for distance traveled which was not mentioned until after bill was made up. had to order one part and asked me to install after it arrived so as not having to pay another service call-was wrong part but they said it should work-said it was dealers fault and they would send me another.

I appreciated the fact that after Joe was finished with the job, he took the time to show me some things about it--it was installation of a new faucet--that I wouldn't have known otherwise, involving how to clean the little filters and what this little odd piece was that came with it, I would have had no idea what it was for and probably would have thrown it out.

Joe was great. Not only did I get a call within 2 minutes of submitting my online plea for help, he was a pleasure to work with. One of our copper lines to the kitchen faucet had broken. He fixed it and replaced the other one, replaced the faucet (original cause of a leak), and repaired the under sink drain that had been duct taped and wired. His work was excellent, and he worked quickly. We will definitely have him back.
