Hired them to do large scope of work. They started off well but never came back to finish. They refused to come back to finish work but of course took the money. Do not use them

Highly recommended. After a 27 below windchill over night my grandson woke up to what no one wants to hear, water running throughout the house. We had frozen pipes that burst. Premier was at the house within 3 hours of my call (they were already out helping other homeowners with frozen or burst pipes) and fixed all 8 areas where the pipes burst. They were there until 7:00pm. Very pleasant to talk to, he explained everything thoroughly and took pictures so I can turn it in to my insurance company. They charged me a very fair rate.

Had a great experience. Will be having them come back to do another job for us.

Dan responded to my inquiry right away and was able to fit us in the next day! He fixed our bathroom issue for MUCH less money than the other quote we received and he was kind and professional as well!

Dan was outstanding, punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable and worked with me explaining everything and used the sump pump and backup system I already had. He cleaned up and removed all of the old plumbing materials. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Dan was able to come out on a Sunday very last minute to work on a clogged sink for my mom. He was beyond professional during our communication. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he kept me in the loop the whole way through. He was very thorough and clean (my mom is clean/neat freak). I would absolutely recommend him to others and will use him again.
