Description of Work: All Points Construction is who I'm using right now for my deck.

Description of Work: We initially had an old fence removed and a new vinyl fence installed with a beautiful shed added as part of the fence. In the Spring Keith will return to complete the job of adding a patio. He then removed the existing cabinets and replaced with new cabinets. As this was the first time that my husband and I were ever involved in this type of work, Keith provided us with expert advice and helped us to remain in our price range. On a personal note while waiting for the countertops to arrive, we experienced a death in the family and needed some type of "make shift" countertops for the gathering after the funeral. He very kindly provided us with some plywood that we covered with tablecloths and no one knew any different. We felt that this was beyond our expectations and were quite pleased with the outcome. All the work that has been done has exceeded my expectations. We are now working with Keith to replace the floors in two bathrooms with ceramic tile and to update the cabintery. We would certainly recommend this company and as previously mentioned are planning future work and looking forward to it. , Vicki and Tim Brahm

Description of Work: Keith added a screened and roofed porch to an open deck and french doors leading into the house. He replaced footings and the deck boards because the town's codes required larger footings to hold the roof. He also replaced the roof shingles up to the roof peak so the porch deck's roof blended nicely. He installed a ceiling fan, lights and some other electrical outlets, plus 2 skylights in the roof. He restained/painted the steps and sides of the deck. At Keith's suggestion, we used vinyl handrails, ceiling, etc. which added to the cost slightly, but will save immensely in upkeep.
