+ -1 morePC Richards is good. They are helpful and they always have in a good selection of products to choose from. I have been doing some research though and I think that in terms of prices, Best Buy beats them. I am not opposed to using them. They give you good services over there and I have to say that since we have gotten the products we did from them, we really have had no problems at all.
Description of Work: PC Richards is where I recently bought myself a new refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

+ -1 moreWe called the store to see if a delivery truck could bring the missing stuff. An unsympathetic manager denied our request and told us we can bring the box back. An email to the company resulted in two phone calls to us and a very sympathetic district manager who sent a crew to replace the stand AND put it together for free. We got a good price and the company was good to us. This is the kind of service that is hard to find these days and we were thrilled. The take home message also is to complain over the head of unresponsive store staff.
Description of Work: We bought a flat screen TV and stand, which needed assembly, from PC Richard in Greenvale, NY. After schlepping home the heavy box with the stand, to be assembled, we found it didn't have assembly instructions or hardware.
