+ 4 moreCourage Construction came to my home on time and were very professional. They tore down a basement wall, the built in entertainment unit, drilled through two foundation walls, and pulled up my deck. After my plumber had completed the installation of my new sewer lines, I used Courage Construction to restore my house. They re-built the basement walls and the entertainment unit. You would never know that we had any work done in the basement. They also patched the holes through the foundation walls and waterproofed the entire outside foundation wall. We had been getting water in the basement every time it rained. We have not had a drop of water in the basement since. The basement is now dry as a bone. Courage Construction also replaced my deck, that had been removed. They even extended the deck and reinforced it so we can now place a hot tub on it. I am so pleased with Courage Construction. They are my one-stop shop for ALL of my home improvement and home repair needs. I would highly recommend them. They are professional, on time, and their work is second to none!
Description of Work: I had to have a new sewer line installed. In order for the plumber to access the areas inside and outside of my home, a basement wall and my deck needed to be removed and re-installed. Two foundation wall also had to be drilled through and restored. We also needed to have the basement foundation block restored and waterproofed, since I had been getting water in my basement every time it rained.

+ -1 moreI had water coming into my basement every time it rained through cracks around my basement door frame. There were huge gaps around my door frame. I called Courage Construction and they came right away, found the source of the leaks, and sealed all of the cracks. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Their work was thorough and neat. They were very professional. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
