1-4 people for a job, depending on the project. generally, the bill is divided into thirds, payable when we start the job (set up and first day's work) halfway through the job (you can see the progress, and where the job is going to.) and final payment after the job is done. this allows our clients to monitor the job, and give input to any final touches they think should be done before final payment. we may elect to subcontract major roofing projects if the house is two story or has a severely pitched roof.
