water heater repair, propane sales, heating oil companies
+ 1 moreThe hot water heater is only two years old and they have been out 3 times already. I told them I wanted a new water heater because I am selling my house but I have not gotten it yet. They also sell and deliver propane and install propane water heaters. The guys that come are nice and they listen to my spiel. They have been fairly good about coming out to take care of the problem because they know I am without hot water. The guys are nice but the company itself is not backing up the product. The last time they were out they fixed it and were supposed to send somebody out to see if my propane tank is okay but they did not send anybody out. The first time they came out I had to pay a $135 service charge, even though the hot water heater was still under warranty. I paid nothing the next two times they came out. They say they fixed it but it keeps happening; I am not happy with them.
Description of Work: I use Mirabito Energy Products to deliver my home heating oil. They also installed my hot water heater.
