Description of Work: They put down carpeting on two stair cases and there was a problem and they had to redo some things and they were very nice about it. You really don't know how good a store is until you have a problem. I had a problem with the roofing i bought with Sid Hall Floors. Actually, the problem was really 50% of my own making, never the less, Michael, My sales man, was poilite and went out of his way to make sure i was satisfied with the outcome. Not every dealer would be so cooperative and kind. -L. Rettich , A satisfied client.

Description of Work: I plan to order carpet at SID Hall Floors. He came out and gave me quote. He gave me samples. The quote he gave was for the three bedrooms, staircase and hallway.

+ -1 moreIt went perfectly, they are craftsmen and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves every day.
Description of Work: They took up my old carpeting and flooring and put down engineered hard wood flooring. They didn't have a special stapler to pin up the telephone/cable lines, but they told me they don't like to play around with people's cable and I respect that.

+ -1 moreThe salesman, Michael was excellent and helped me pick carpeting that would be better than what I had so my cats couldn't destroy it as easily. Carpet came in on time and was delivered and installed by 2 very nice professionals.
Description of Work: removed carpeting from 2 staircases, disposed of carpeting, installed new carpeting on 2 staircases plus made up a 7x10' rug with mitered borders and supplied proper padding for carpet and stairs.
