I had send in requested for handymen and he came in with his son. To translate for him. He change his price two times. One was for $1500 but there was a few other area to point out. Then he change it to $2500. He came in with to other workers. Afterward he change again and went to $3000 because of the stone wall. Told him I could not go more than $2700. The workmen came and asked If I do $3000. That everything would be finished and any extra that comes up it would charge additional fee. A blue tape was put on every area that need to be done. Then his workman that he brought in to do the work. Speak for him, because he doesn't speak English. I told he was speaking on behalf for him. I found out that he sold a job to a painting company Denison painting company. I'm getting a company coming for painting. Doing painting and no carpentry work was done for $3000. I went on Angieslist for carpentry handyman and now I getting painting job, instead of the work I asked for. The he said this was instruction he got from Walter. I told him I did not hire a painter. I never asked for a painting job, But my basement was already painted.

They were here for many days doing the work and did a very nice job. His estimate was very reasonable compared to others I received and he stuck to it. He was very professional and I'm very pleased.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BECAUSE I WANTED SPANISH TILES. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPLETED WORK. I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO OTHERS.
