Next Level Cleaning Services

Crew head great. Other 2 were weak and did not do much work. Would try to leave early or hide in bedrooms talking if they thought I wasn't looking. Once again, the crew head was fabulous, but the other girls took advantage of her hard work. I finally had to fire them because I was having to babysit their work.

They are decent but need to be directed.

It never started becuase Roseanne never showed up.

I thought i found a good cleaning company but was highly disappointed. Roseanne called one morning to cancel and has not come back since. She also claims her workers are professional, however, the last time her workers were at my house one of them tried to solicit us as her customer. I only wish i had gotten her phone number so I would have a reliable person to clean my house.

The three girls who came to clean my apartment did a thorough job as expected. Overall, we are satisfied with the services. I pay them $100 bi-weekly and they come every other Tuesday of the month.

They are very prompt and they do a good job if I guide them. Their price is not bad.

I would use the service again however I chose to remain with my current service .

They have come out here three or four times, and everything has been good. They might not always show up exactly on time, but they are friendly, professional and clean. They do a good job cleaning the house, and that works for me.

The cleaners were about 25 minutes late, but began cleaning immediately. I told the head cleaner that I did not want for them to mop my hardwood floors with a sopping wet mop. I left the house while they were cleaning to get cash for tips and when I returned, my living room floor and stairs were sopping wet. The cleaners used my kitchen sink to clean out their mop; I think that is disgusting. They could have easily emptied out the dirty water into the toilet and used my kitchen hose to refill the bucket. I don't know if using a kitchen sink to clean filthy mops is the norm, but they should have checked with me before assuming I would be okay with that. There were a few missed spots that I had to point out. When I pointed out a particular spot, the cleaner said that it was stained. I had to use my fingernail to show that wasn't the case. To her credit, she did clean it afterwards. All in all, they did a fair job but for the price, I expected more.

A crew of 3 men arrived early, got right to work, and worked without stop for 2.5 hours. The house was spotless afterwards. They were courteous and hard working.

As I stated above, these young women arrived on time and did a fabulous cleaning job. They moved and cleaned in every area of the house. Dusted and cleaned floors, furniture, walls, and all possible surfaces. I was extremely pleased. Floors were washed and carpets vacuumed. Top rate job. Anne Piscioneri

Overall, this has been the best company I have used for cleaning services. I have been using their services for over a year now and they have kept the same high quality of cleaning service as they performed the first time around. Before giving Next Level Cleaning Services a try, I had tried most of the major cleaning companies in NY and trust me that they cannot compete with Next Level's service nor pricing. I was tired of spending a lot of money on these other companies and not get the service that I had expected. Next Level Cleaning Services is the one I am sticking with! Try them out and I am sure that you will be happy!

This has to be the rudest, most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with one or off of angie's list. To sum it up, this "cleaning" service said my house was too dirty. This is a huge exaggeration. Yes my house could have used a cleaning, but maybe that's why I called you? I can't believe what this world has come to, when cleaning services become too pretentious to clean. I'm in real estate myself, and I have seen it all. From the cleanest, most well maintained homes, to dumps, and from an unbiased point of view, my house really and truly wasn't that dirty, and should be a relatively easy clean - which I ended up doing after this service anyway. After two hours they left (we agreed upon two hours for a general cleaning and I was not present at the time), I literally could not see anything they had cleaned. My old cleaner charged less and did a much better job. I guess I'll just go back to her. Anyhow I have no idea, how they received such high reviews. I am completely and thoroughly disappointed with the service and customer service I received.

Overall service is great and the supervisor followed-up with my original rating system to see how they could service me better. I explained what my big concern was and we were able to come to a reasonable agreement.

Unbelievably, exceptionally well. I have used other cleaning services and I have never been more satisfied than I am with Next Level. I found them on Angie's List and the people who come are courteous, friendly and prompt. They are always here when they say they are going to be. They treat my home with care as if it is their own. I couldn't be more satisfied. Their prices are very reasonable and they are just an unbelievable service.

Overall their cleaning service was excellent! I defenitely will use them again and will recommend them to anyone that might be interested in a cleaning service.
