 + -1 moreOur timeline of 4 months turned very quickly into six, with none of the delays due to our contractors or DOB. When jobs were finally filed, the turn around at DOB was surprisingly fast. Office never returned phone calls, and left paperwork sitting around for weeks to be submitted to DOB in "batches" instead of submitting in a timely fashion. We did complete the legalization, but it cost us thousands in lost revenue due to their poor office management. If you are not a million dollar client, look elsewhere.
Description of Work: Needed legalization work done on a 3 family, with plans that had already been approved by DOB. All he needed to do was cut and paste old plans, so we could get permits and contractors with the follow-up paperwork, and sign offs.
