Clear View Plumbing and Heating

The guy who came in was very nice to talk to and knew his stuff and performed the job quickly. Here is my issue... I called them and told them that I have a leak under the sink and was told that service call charge is $100 and the technician will look at it and give me an estimate on how much it costs. The tech came in and started working on it. He replaced the washer and the whole job took him less than 10 minutes. He never told us how much it would cost. At the end he said the total is $375. We were surprised on how can a 10 minutes job without any parts be $375. Lawyers are cheaper than that. After a few minutes of requesting he came down to $250 then to $200 and finally agreed on $150. I was happy with the work that was performed but did not like the company's practice of blind sighting people with huge charges.

They were very honest. They told the truth let me know about other things that need to be done around the house that were related to why they came out in the first place that saved me money. They told me how to do it without having to hire someone to do it.
