I spoke to Jerry regarding an assessment and performing the work. I sent pictures of certain parts of the system. He sent two nice professional gentleman who gave me an assessment and an estimate of $400. I agreed. Subsequent to that I called Jerry back and he told me that the technicians should not have given me a price, since "he does the pricing." I said fine. I requested for the work to be done immediately and he said he would get back to me on Monday or Tuesday. I called on Monday and left voice messages. I tried again and spoke to someone else who picked up the phone and I told them that Jerry was supposed to get back to me on the job. Jerry NEVER got back to me. It is now 10 days after his techs came out. I guess he did not want my business. Unbelievably unprofessional! Very surprised and disappointed.

Yesterday, which was very hot, my air conditioning was not working. I contacted Angie's list. They recommended 3 companies. I wanted the work to be done yesterday.The only company that promised me that they could be at my house yesterday was Arvada Mechanical. Jerry said that they would be here between 1 and 3 PM. They would call a half an hour before coming. I waited until almost 4.. They did not show up. I tried to call several numbers and could not reach them. They never called me to tell me that they could not be there because they were too busy. Jerry called this morning. He was going to send someone. He said he had the wrong address. Since my address was given to Angie's list, I find that hard to believe. Also, there is no excuse for not calling me yesterday.I had the job done today by someone else.

Impeccably. Could NOT have been better! At every point of the job, from the initial call, to the Service Team's arrival, to the work done, all went smoothly and efficiently. Contact person was friendly and informative, and kept us apprised of the ETA of the Techs, and provided a call when they were a half hour away. The Service Team was knowledgable, friendly, and explained everything they were doing as they went along. They instilled COMPLETE confidence and trust, and did a swift, thorough, professional job to get our heat back on. We cannot recommend them highly enough! Will most definitely use them again.
