They have not done the work. They gave me different prices for different jobs. I let them come back because the pipe was filled with water. I let them snake out the pipe. They said that should help, but you can't really tell until you get in there to see what's going on. When the guy came over and when I talked to him on the phone he was real normal. He wasn't like a business kind of guy, he was really friendly. He didn't look at the job right away he talked and if you had other questions he would answer them. He wasn't really quick, he took his time. I was going to let the guy come out one more time and ask a question. He comes out and tells you what needs to be done.
